Just left & to be quite honest the ice was horrible. I could not describe the ice with words. It was melting and the flavor was really bad. Service was okay they looked rushed. I didn't even see the gentlemen stir my toppings in for much time before he served it to me all melted. Do not recommend going here the ice cream flavor tasted very artificial.
It was my first time going to a Cold Stone creamery and this location. I went to place an order for a customized cake today around 12:30 pm and had an amazing first impression! Eli was the girl who greeted and attended me. Eli has great customer service! She was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely go back!

I'm appalled by the attitude of one of the staff members. I got an OhFudge shake and my husband got an I love it sized ice cream.
