Came in and did not want to use the automated kiosk. In retrospect I should have. This unhappy employee with an odd bowlish-haircut and a big mole on his face took our order but not before let ting out a displeased sounding sigh and displeased facial expression. He tried to rush me through placing my order, we must have taken him away from what he was doing. If this was my franchise I would pay attention and get rid of people who are not service oriented in the service industry.

I went to this coffee shop this morning and I got harrassed, because I asked for a coffee refill. I asked for the refill, because one of the ladies the only nice lady that I've had service from told me I could have a refill, well this morning I did the same and a male employee with a tattoo on his face screamed at me saying in spanish "NO DAMOS REFILL !!!!!!" so I said, but I've had a refill before, he said again in spanish "NO LE VOY A DAR REFILL, YA LE DIJE QUE AQUI NO DAMOS REFILL Y NO SE LO VOY A DAR !!!!!!!" and threw me the empty cup, then he insulted me saying in spanish "VIEJA LOCA, ESTUPIDA, SE SALE (SNAPPING HIS FINGER AT ME) O QUIERE QUE LA SAQUE!!! and had to get out. I THINK THEY SHOULD BE MORE CAREFULL WHEN HIRING THEIR PEOPLE, I'm and old woman and don't think I deserve that treatment.
