My wife and I have enjoy El Pollo Loco for years especially the chicken cook for couple hours and getting the perfect flavor and delicious smell cooking on the char boil grill. El Pollo Loco always come up new items some of the items were good and others needs improvement in flavors and quality.
Very nice staff, but the chicken was over grill. Very dry and looked like beef jerk ? notice the chicken once I got home.Parking: Clean and safe ?

Went through drive through and ordered the family pack. Which was really good. I would not recommend the crunchy tacos. The oil was old and the tacos taste terrible.

Went today to buy some food got the 12pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal and 4 pc came very small and when I called to tell them says they can't do anything about it very disappointed...after I spent $40 something on food for a family of 4 and these pcs that's small
The food is great but it's unfortunate that the employees lack decent customer service and are always short staffed. They need to update the interior design, the chairs are old and the booths cushions are ripped and dirty. Like I said, the food is great but they really need to up their game on customer service and facial expressions and at least seem happy or use a more graceful tone.

Placed & paid online. It was supposed to be an 18-minute wait to get my food. It turned out a 45-minute wait. They could find my order, and both the cashier and the lady putting the orders bother checking for my order. It turns out she had the chicken in front of her. Bad horrible services!
