We all love the hut but we don't like bad service we come in with good attitude because we love pizza and we are hungry and we are received with bad attitude and they act like we are doing them a favor when we are paying for our food

The workers took good care of me and gave me the pizza at the time they told me. What I didn't like was that there wasn't enough space at the entrance.
I ordered a pizza box for delivery and noticed a hair in the actual dough itself. I called and spoke to an employee and mentioned the situation. He stood silent for a good two minutes and asked if I had called before about there being a hair in the pizza before, I stated I hadn't and this was my first time ever making a complaint. The employee mentioned that another customer had called and complained about the same issue. I asked if I can send a picture and he proceeded to give me a cell phone number to which I sent the pics attached. It was almost as if he didn't believe me. The employee replied to my text and said I would need to take the left over pizza and they would replace it, but the only way would be to take the uneated pizza. I had my pizza delivered, I didn't have anyone available to take the pizza back. I asked the employee if a driver could bring me the pizza and I would hand him the uneaten pizza and he said no. I had even tipped the driver more than 20% already I would've been happy to tip him again as a favor, the employee refused. I then proceeded to ask for a refund, he said they would need to have the physical card on hand, however I paid via Apple Pay. The employee then directed me to corporate. All I wanted was for them to deliver the pizza and make up for their disgusting mistake and make it right. Instead I was brushed off and left with practically a whole un eaten pizza.
