Horchata was one of my favorite drinks, when I didn't care about sugar, calories, good health, diabetes. Heck, I remember I bought a large horchata from a former Albertaco's in Hawaiian Gardens, only to come back in a hour or so & buy another one. For shame! Anyhoo, Nomad Ice Pops' dairy-free horchata popsicle had all the taste & flavors of horchata that I remembered. It was frozen solid, meaning it didn't melt at all on a high 80's day. I ate the whole popsicle one bite at a time, which made things less messy.Service was good. Nomad Ice Pops operates as a takeout window. The meat from the ribs was tender and falling off the bones. The briskets so tender and full of flavor. The mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes was all sooo delicious! The pizza was pretty good and was quite large for just myself. We also had the mista salad to start off with and that was pretty good. Our waitress was very nice and checked in with us.
