First time placing an order through the app and they did it wrong. Ended up with a bunch of beef and broccoli and no teriyaki chicken. Eventhough the stickers on the box said what the items should've been, they just put beef and broccoli.

Terrible service at this location, staff will mess up your order and expect you to pay an additional fee when asked to correct the order/ get what you paid for. I've been to tons of other panda restaurants and have never had any issues, yet somehow this location always ruins my simple big plate order.

Soda fountain was not it. I love to have myself a good drink while I eat my food. Gotta wash the food down right? And why not a better way with some delicious soda but mayne I couldn't do that. Wash that machine. It's taste like hot dog water.

THEY WILL WASTE YOUR LUNCH BREAK. We ordered half an hour before pick up via the app (which means we had alreadypaid). We showed up and were told to wait 7 minutes for a common entree item. We had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER DESIGNATED PICK UP TIME, even though we ordered half an hour prior. OUR HALF HOUR LUNCH BREAK WAS WASTED. Ordering on the app is a joke when we can't count on reliable pick up with a half hour headstart. We already paid, so OUR order should be prioritized, but we were lied to and had to wait behind people who showed up well after we started waiting when we should've been able to pick up and go. AND THEY STILL WANT TO GIVE US ATTITUDE!? NO. Their employees should try having their half hour lunch break wasted so they can see how it feels. They treat us like garbage and still want to be rude after making us wait. Save your money and your tastebuds; go somewhere else instead.

This was order 11am food should not look this old like this was the end of the chow mein . It so sad when you order through food deliveries you don't get to see the quality.

Well this the second time I’ve bing here the food is really old and cold then if you ask if they going to have fresh food soon they tell you that that’s all they have also the rice is old they really have an attitude bad service I not recommended this place go other restaurants with better

If I could give in zero stars, I would. Quality, portions, and service have really declined at this location. The Panda Express franchise should be embarrassed of this location. My portion of walnut shrimp, which I paid extra for, had a total of two shrimps. My order of orange chicken had a huge piece of cabbage at the bottom, reducing it to five pieces of orange chicken. When you sell food, but you fail to provide an actual serving, then there's a problem. I don't expect a portion like the unknown Chinese places, but I shouldn't be able to count the pieced on the plate.

The servers n manager more interested in a conversation and helping the clients. They got my order wrong. The casher was on the phone on speaker paying bills lol. She even ask me 4 times if was to go. When already respond her question since first time.

I haven't been to Panda Express in a long time, but my niece asked me to pick up a meal. I paid 15 dollars for this it's not worth it at least in my opinion. I literally had to get double entrée of honey walnut shrimp because she had only put about 4 pieces. I will just make my own at home.

I don't normally post reviews but it is frustrating to see that nothing has changed. I noticed other reviews noting the same thing and would agree that they are extremely stingy at this location. For some reason when I order super greens or honey walnut shrimp I am ALWAYS only given 3 pieces of broccoli and shrimp. I understand I ordered a bowl but this is done to the extreme. I paid extra for the shrimp I would hope I get a good serving size. At the end of the day it's just food. It's just frustrating not getting what you paid for.
