I went thru drive-thru they were not busy with only 1 car ahead of us. I by mistake past the speaker to give my order. I stopped half way realizing I missed the speaker. I was going to back up but another vehicle drove up. So I proceeded to window. I apologized for missing taking my order at speaker. The lady told me I would have to go around and get back in line. She lied to me and said that my order could only be taken at speaker. I told her I've change my order at window before that they should be able to take my order. She said she'd ask manager. Who proceeded to tell me I must go around get back into the line. And that they can only take 1 coupon. There was two of us and I know working in the same business by giving 2 separate orders we can each use a coupon. Just the blanton lying to my face and not caring about keeping a customer who innocently made a mistake and the fact it was slow really was irritating. I ask for my coupons and went done the street. The employee there was very very nice and took 1 coupon for the two of us. This manager and employee are not good for making customers feel like they want to return or even stay to give them my weekly business. Didn't do a thing to retain the customer so I will not be going back. I hope corporation or the owner realizes how much business they must be loosing with employees and manager not will to accommodate my harmless mistake. The place wasn't busy. If it were my business I would be firing my manager. The lying to my face just for their own convenience, like I'm stupid. I never would do the to a customer. They is too much competition.and I got nice speedy service and a commanding a coupon for each of us. How are they behavior and unwillingness to make customer happy is it really costing you as a business owner. I won't go back when the other location is closer to me. Said with many businesses going out of business. I work in the restaurant business and we are only slowing down. And is right across the st from Disney land. You need employees who are pro customers not con- customer!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employees are extremely rude and u kept. The manager has no sense of “management.” They treat their employees unfair and there seems to be no resolve or attempt to improve this as a work place.

I don't recommend at all the quesadilla, I bought one, when I saw that tortilla I literally told the guy"I MAKE IT BETTER" the guy who help me was mad and told me, "that's the way we always make them" $2.39 dolls, with that much I bought a full bag of tortillas and make many 100% much better that the one I get there. Nasty dry quesadilla ???!

Good service , courteous and prompt very helpful,this time the chicken was dry and my tostada salad looks like they used the last chicken available to them because part of the chicken was shredded and another part was cut as usual in small cubes taste was different I didn't like the chicken but to be fair is was not bad at all ?Maybe I will be back when I have a chance and ask for not shared chicken

In and out , oh wait that's those other guys :) no wait both are great , I was referring to how fast that delicious chicken was in my mouth, pulled up made the order and piping hot flour tortillas, beans and rice and of course that tangy fire roasted chicken, I was in and out , thank you El Pollo Loco, I'm crazy about your food ,, next time it's the quesadilla for me..
