Well worst experience ever... straight rude owner.... said there's a hour wait ,, was very busy ... only had 3 tables of guest... but my order was 2 go... he then told come back here and help him,,what a A hole.. He told me to get the heck outta there,, I was being nothing but respectful.. there sushi is dry anyways.. Hope this place gets shutdown,, doesn't wear a mask when making food..

You have to check this place out! Amazingly fresh fish. Scrumptious sashimi! Fabulous rolls! Chef Samuel is such a character. Definitely a celebrity chef! You will be amazed!

2 stars. Some of their sushi is good IF you can actually catch them at a good time or day. What I mean by that is this establishment is a mess when it comes to being open. They are never on point with their hours, they consistently change their hours and most of the time don't pick up their calls. I honestly feel this place can really do great if they actually tried. I've had orders not made because of accidents on their end saying they didn't receive it through Yelp. I drove there for nothing and then I got a canceled text after I spoke to them. My card got charged too. After that day, they stopped excepting Yelp orders. I decided to go in person to start ordering, thinking this would just be better. I was wrong, they are closed in random days.

Service is terrible. I place an online order and when my husband arrived after work to pick it up the person there said he was the only one working and wont be making out order. Didn't offer for us to wait for it, only said he was NOT going to make the food and walked away. Thankfully the website did not charge us ahead of time. We will NOT be going back.

Was craving sushi , so checked this spot out . Service was amazing the waiter was super friendly and very kind . The chef was awesome he put on 80s music for my boyfriend and I . The food took a bit to come out but the wait was definitely worth it , sushi was great tasted fresh ! Highly suggest the Sarah roll ! I can't remember the other 3 we got but everything was great will definitely be coming here again !

The itamae (sushi chef) makes the best sushi ever. He's the coolest and engaging itamae I've come across. You would get your money's worth. The flavors are just AWESOME! There's DINE-IN, y'all!!!

Haven't even gotten our food yet and the service is amazing. If you're missing human connection and service, come here. If you are not an understanding person that wants some corporate nonsense, go to a chain sushi spot. Clean indoors and fun service. Can't wait for the food!

The food was usually pretty good, but recently I ordered for pick up online at the Bellflower location. When I arrived 30 minutes later (when they said it would be ready), they said my order didn't exist even though I showed proof that I had ordered from that exact location! In addition, they told me that if I wanted what I had ordered online it would be twice the price and I would have to wait quite a while for my order. Needless to say, I did not order any food there and I will not be returning.

I used to work here for 2 years and I used to be very loyal and eat here regularly. The food used to be good and the service used to be good. The restaurant is now being run by a chef named Samuel and he's running it into the ground. The quality has dropped significantly to the point where multiple people have complained about food poisoning. Samuel himself refuses to make orders if they're too big and regularly opens late/ closes early just because he's tired. He doesn't have respect for anyone else working there and that's why no other sushi chefs want to work with him which then leads him to taking up to an hour just to make 3 rolls. There is also severe plumbing issues causing the restaurant to stink and there's mold growing in the fridge so to anyone wanting to order from here or dine, I just want to say good luck. If I could give a zero star I would, it's an embarrassment of a restaurant.

Food looks amazing! I was excited to try it out, but unfortunately they are not taking orders through their website. I entered my order through the website and it was processed. It stated that it should be a 30 minute wait. When I got to the location at 9:30, I was waiting for the food and the server soon realized there was no order and told me about the website issue. So I waited for almost an hour, which was upsetting. I understand every business is different, but it would've been nice if I was accommodated for the time I waited, especially since it was a miscommunication. I would recommend the location to work on their communication. If you are not taking orders through your website, please take the website down or notify your customers to prevent orders being placed. Maybe, I will give this spot a try in the future. Business etiquette is one thing I value as a customer so we shall see.

If I could do no stars I would this was a horrible experience first time that I used their order online app and when I showed up 30 minutes later as promised per their confirmation email the cook behind the counter said hey it's only me and it's going to be more than an hour and if you have a pick up order I'm not even doing those he shouted that across the restaurant, three other tables were sitting most embarrassing moment ever.
