Most locations around this area claim that they are open, but its not true, Im assuming that due to staffing issues and how it might be unsafe. I travel a lot around the Los Angeles Metropolitan and usually leave my home around 4:30am. It is hard to find business open for a quick, warm meal before being stuck in traffic for hours.This location was open as advertised, but not only that, workers looked clean and presentable even around this time. Food looked fresh for what you can expect, and employees had a nice attitude for being this time of the day. The only recommendation from me would be to give a raise to these workers on this shift or at least be sure to pay them appropriately if thats not the case.

Parking: The worker and very nice with a smile and friendly.i always go there for lunch when I asked them to please get my food fast because we only have 30 minutes to eat and they rush out food so we can eat it on time and we can get out on time to go back to work.i want u to give the coworkers some nice or a raise.pleased. thank u guys for all u guys do .

I just waited in line for 20 minutes for my "fast" food. As I drove out, I sipped my drink. The drink was wrong. I didn't want to get back in line for another 20 minutes for my drink. I have to go to work. As I walk in with my cup to change the drink the owner stops me. He states it isn't him, "it's the health department" and I can't refill my drink. The owner won't listen to me. He's not bright. I tell him they gave me the wrong drink one last time and he repeats his "health department" lie. I feel bad for the employees that work under this tool. It's fine. I don't need to steal a free soda from Jack in the Box. But I won't be returning to the worst Jack in the Box in my area ever again. What a jerk.

Is this a joke? Three months later you tell me to go to the generic corporate website to file a complaint?! I asked a simple question, that's was really rhetorical. We all know there's no pin or ID required because this location and all locations don't care about fraud. Fraud will be covered by the bank or credit card provider. Which will in turn be reflected in their % charge for each swipe. Which will in turn be passed back to me and other customers in the menu price.

For the last 3 months, I have been met with a closed drive-thru due to staff shortages. Normally, the staff there are wonderful and know thier regulars.

Really terrible customer service from Kevin @store 17600. Drive thru order #130. 9:24am. Very rude and careless and impatient behavior. Roled his eyes when I addressed him about the situation. If you don't enjoy your, quit maybe instead of treating customers like they are a problem?

The manager is rude & condescending.They want you to eat your food and GET OUT.If you spend more than 30 min. They start asking you If you're waiting for an order.Even though evidence of consumption is on Table.I was using my laptop to look up some info.After about an hour manager came again and said "If you are done with your meal, you have to leave. Visits are only 30 minutes"Even though the Lobby remained Mostly Empty. Not busy.Restroom did not have supplies. And None of JB restaurants provide Sterilizing Gel any longer.Forcing you feel Dining in unsanitary conditions.

They have the audacity to try to charge me for a sauce I always eat sweet-and-sour sauce on everything they told me I cannot have a sweet-and-sour sauce because that's not what they give sweet-and-sour sauce is out for. How can you tell me? What do you sweet-and-sour sauce on. I do not eat meat, so I use sausage to substitute my taste buds to try to cover for not being able to eat meat. They should not charge me extra because that's how I want my food made. So next time I'll tell them to put the sauce on it before they give it to me. And what Jack-in-the-Box do you know that's not 24 hours just saying I'm pretty sure it's possible but I've never seen it.
