If I could put zero stars I would. Took forever to seat us even though there was only 6 of us. It was one in the afternoon so it was not busy. Three parties of 2 were seated before us. Than when they did finally seat us they asked if we didn't mind to be seated separate, thinking it would be two booths next to each other but instead it was across the way from another. I had to ask to sit next to eachother still in separate booths and when they did they looked annoyed we asked to move. Took forever to just take our drink order even though it was not busy. Than when they were tables open so we can sit together they refused to move us even though there was plenty of room so we can sit next to eachother. Took a long time to take our food order, so long we didnt even get it. It had already been an hour and all we had was our drinks and the three parties of two that sat before us had their food and one had even left. I was so annoyed I didn't even receive my food. I left, paid for the drinks and left. We went to round table next door. Where we sat and got our food in less than 15 minutes. I have never walked out from a restaurant in my life and have never had the service I did before. It was horrible. First and last time going back. Too bad too since I live down the street.

Been to this place more than once.Service: gotten much much much better. Whatever it is they changed from two months ago, was so worth it! (As for this occasion our waiter Malaquinho was on TOP of his game. Never let our drinks go lower than half. Consistency/ Attentive/ Positive attitude was key, and friendly of course. Props to this guy. Honestly! All while running the front of house.)Food: Pretty fire, you have to know what you are in the mood for and it has never disappointed. Love the pre conchitas with some piping hot coffee. Hits all the right taste buds.Price: $$ food quantity is there “BANG FOR YOUR BUCK”. Def a go to if you want to share a plate as well.We will forsure be back for some more. ;D

30 minutes for a breakfast burrito is crazy. First time here and not coming back. There was maybe 3 customers inside, no reason scrambled eggs in a tortilla should take over 30 minutes. When asked to speak with a manager we were told there was no manager on duty to offer a compensation.

I recently dined at a popular restaurant in town and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with modern décor and comfortable seating. Claudia was excellent with her service and the food was amazingThe menu offered a variety of options, from appetizers to entrees, and everything sounded delicious. I ended up ordering the Mexican nachos, which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. And my wonderful crêpesOverall, the restaurant hit the spot The food was tasty.

I didn't really like this place because, the service took so long! We had to wait 20-40 minutes just for 2 kids meals and 2 meals!! But the server Caulida or i think that was her name was very nice!

I loved the conchas in the basket at the beginning of the meal and the lattes were delicious. Kitchen could be a little faster but it was a full house but some people who sat after us were being served first but it’s all good this was a great first time experience for my wife and I. Nice cute restaurant with many menu options! Both American and Mexican. We were seated right away and service was friendly. We got free conchas to start with. They were so cute and delicious. My group ordered the brioche French toast combo, the sirloin breakfast, and the chilaquiles with carne asada. My carne asada had so much flavor in it. I would definitely eat here again when visiting Cali.
