First time at waba grill and this locationthere was 2 guys in there that looked miserable... I grabbed those boom boom tacos and the flavor was soo nasty it does not go well together. I also grabbed a chicken teriyaki and rice plate the rice was dry and tasteless the presentation was also very sad and thrown together like slop.i see why it was soo emptyThe gyoza was probably the only good thing there

I have very mixed signals with this location.I feel like it just depends on the day. This location is very quiet and the staff is either a hit or a miss. The good also fluctuates. I’ve tasted better at other locations and at times it’s worth the drive out to another location. The price for some of the items are way out of reason but that’s a review for the company as a whole.

Stingy with the meat literally no meat I thought I'd give this place one last chance but y'all serve meat like we aren't paying for it don't go here hopefully this message get thru to the people in charge and if you're reading this give the customer the amount of meat they deserve smh

A couple of weeks ago I placed an online order on the waba grill app for 2 bowls and 2 sides of edamame. I didn't look at their hours of operation and assumed that they closed at 10 pm instead of 9 pm, so when it said my order would be ready at 9 pm and I was about to leave the house (a 5 minute drive) I got 2 calls from an unknown number and I thought it was a guy that frequently calls me off of different phone numbers, I didn't respond. When I responded the 3rd time it was a waba grill employee telling me that they closed and I could call in the morning to see if I could get compensated in some way. Immediately I felt bad because he said he waited after hours for a few minutes, but I also thought whoever the developed the waba grill app wasn't very good at it because there should be some sort of "warning" or "reminder" that I can't be even a few minutes late to pick up my order because I'd be keeping the employees there after hours. Anyways, onto the next day. I call the manager and tell her about my confusion and to my surprise she came off really accusatory and defensive about the whole situation saying things like "why didn't you answer the employees call? We waited past our shift for you, it says right there on the app what time we close so you should've seen it, etc". I'm not exaggerating. Luckily for me, I was raised by a psychology professor and I've learned from a young age not to take things personally, only control what I can control and put myself in other peoples shoes. So I let her talk and realized that this lady is probably listening to people complain all day every day and works a thankless job, which made me reason that she was most likely taking her frustration from her unsatisfying job on me. So when she went on to say that she probably won't be able to get me a refund OR the food that I paid for, I just listened and listened and admitted that I was in the wrong so that she could try to convince the owner of the franchise to give me the meals and sides that I paid for. She ended up convincing them and told me to come in to pick it up. At first she said the edamame wasn't going to be able to be made because something was down, but she even ended up including the edamame. I think that fast food employees get a bit too much criticism from people. The job is low pay, repetitive, doesn't come with much if any mental stimulation, and it involves with people that come in all different age groups and backgrounds. It's hard. I don't want to make anyone else's life harder. The manager even gave me a mini lecture before I left with my food when I went to pick it up in person, I couldn't leave unless I heard her out one last time lol. Overall it wasn't really a big deal, I'm just glad she convinced the owner to let me have the food.

Ask for garlic Serrano sauce and got charged extra for it!! The container the sauce came in was only 1/4 of the container filled with the sauce. Also the workers here always have attitude!! I will no be going back.

Went in for a quick lunch and was mildly disappointed to have waited 15-20min for dry overyly cooked chicken that tasted as if had been previously cooked, set aside and re-heated. I would not purchase again from this particular establishment for this is the 3rd time this has happend. Perhaps that is their method of service, but I find it unreasonable. Other establishments serve freshly grilled chicken and freshly cooked sides and so can they. I will say that the dumplings & tofu were by far my favorite and would actually recommend because they tasted as if they were cooked to order, not sitting around. Of course their not handmade but still better than dried out burnt grilled chicken. Please work on a better quality brown rice, it too could use some work. It was also quite dry and hard.Parking: Very difficult to get parking here when busy. Hard to get in and out and pick up a quick meal. Limited parking.

We placed an order online. Arrive to pick it up. The gentlemen behind the counter tells us there's no white rice only brown rice, assuming we were there to place a new order. We proceed to tell him we're picking up an online order. To our surprise the bowls have already been prepared. In other words he prepared the food without consideration if we wanted the rice replacement. No apologies, no communication. Nothing! We get home, the rice is hard. Taste like it's not fully cooked. This is our third visit to this same Waba Grill and each encounter has been worst then the one before. Avoid this place at all cost. The service and food are horrible!

This is strictly for the service, the guy who works the cash register, the wanna-be, has horrible customer service and talks to you like a child literally “Next time ask for the sauce first” , boy it will not be a next time . He is so rude and is lucky his manger wasn’t there because I have a major complaint. Smh I’m appalled at the service.

Hello, I'm writing an honest review of this place. First of all the prices are high for the not so great food you receive.My friend purchased a salad which arrived with wilted lettuce and not great veggies. In fact he just called me and is getting sick. Which could be from the woman at the register handling money and touch food with no gloves on. I order a chicken BOWL with veggies and brown rice. The veggies were terrible and the brown rice seemed like it was nuked or from a few days ago. It was stuck together and crunchy. The chicken was good though. I will never go back to Waba Grill. It was my first and last time. Just as an FYI I would stay away from this establishment. Also, just as an FYI if you read the many bad reviews. Waba corporate responds and states they are going to fix the problems. Some are from 2020. It's seems like empty promises. Because people have written about the bad food and experiences. But, it's still happening in 2023..go figure on the empty promises.

My buddy and I just ate lunch here not more than an hour ago and let me tell you. I got the salad with Salmon and the Salmon was better off back in the stream or fish farm than served at this place. For the price of lunch we could have went to a respectable restaurant with high quality food. I'll never eat a Waba ever again. Save your money and your stomach. Stay clear of this place !

Got charge for avocado!! Never got it!! They said they will refund me.. but yet they made me go in to give me the avocado.. it’s just not the way to give costumer service!!!
