I finally stopped by this bakery, and I'm so baffled why it doesn't have more reviews! From the moment I tried their kouign-amann, I was hooked. I've also had the opportunity to try their matcha cookies, and croissants. Each item surpassed my expectations, with a perfect balance of flavor, texture, and freshness. My sweet tooth has led me to visit many bakeries all over, so when I moved here, finding my go to bakery was top of my list. This place is the real deal. Proper cream cheese frosting (not too sweet with a pleasant tang) tops some of their most decadent goods. The pastries feel familiar, but are uniquely delicious. So far I've tried the guava danish, croissant, bread pudding, banana muffin, sweet potato pie and the cinnamon roll. Each item has been outstanding.
