I've been going to Vivace for over 20 years, and it's a great restaurant. The food is excellent, and the staff is outstanding. They always make sure that your meal is perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

The food, service, and atmosphere here is fine. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to excite you. Divino, a mile away, is a far better expression of Italian cuisine. I'd suggest going there instead.

Relatively less veg options, serving size is relatively small for the price charged especially for Bruschetta, other items were ok in taste a bit on bland and too cheesy, but service was decent, main room atmosphere is busy over the weekend, despite having reservation we had to wait a good 15 mins.Vegetarian options: Not much, a couple of standard options, which does not make this place a stand outParking: Free street parking, hard to find near the restaurant, can park in the parking space across the street if after 7 in the eve.

Vivace's is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Arrick was excellent, he gave us a table in a quiet corner of the restaurant and never rushed us. We had a nice visit with our friends, ate good food and drank good wine!

I ordered a few items for takeout and most were tasty. The pizza was a bit bland and the crust was salty? But the pasta and appetizer were delicious. I will absolutely get the pasta again, and just pass on the pizza. Very cute inside! Would be perfect for a date night.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Aarik, was great...he paced the dinner and did not rush us. We were enjoying catching up with friends who live in So. Cal. The quality of the food, as always, couldn't have been better! We had 6 different entrees and everyone loved what they ordered. Thank you!

Five of us for dinner at 5:30, one of the first tables of the evening to be seated. Our food came out in shifts because 2 of the 5 orders were wrong. So three folks received their meals, then 5-10 minutes later another came out. Finally 5-10 minutes the 5th order came out. Asked for additional bread to at least have something while others were eating...it never came. By the time all the orders were on our table, the entire restaurant had been seated with other diners who were already eating.
We love Vivace! The food is outstanding. We particularly love the Risotto with Shrimp & Scallops, the Chicken Parmesan, and the Veal Scaloppini. They also have many interesting starters, such as Bruschetta and Coconut Prawns. Wine by the Glass selections are very good. The atmosphere is convivial.

This is one of those timeless places where the Family that runs it always greets you with a smile, the bar tender knows your drink, and the food is always excellent. A must dine experience.

Vivace is definitely the best Italian restaurant on the peninsula. We have eaten there four times now and every time the food was excellent with a wonderful choice of entrées. The service is fabulous and the ambience and full bar can't be beat.

Dana took good care of those sitting at the bar. Food was excellent, as always. Quite a crowd for Valentine's Day, but then it usually is pretty crowded. A local classic, if you haven't been to Vivace, you've missed a great spot.
