So yummy and plenty of non dairy options! I got the mango slush with green tea and boba, and it was so delicious. The inside is super cute, and they also have froyo, snacks, and dinner foods. The man working there was super nice, it's family owned!

This shop has some limited 20 minute street parking right in front. The shop is not terribly large and I don't recall a place to sit in there...I got the black milk tea and realized right after I ordered that there was no option to adjust sweetness or ice (at least, I didn't see it on the menu and the person at the counter didn't ask). My drink was definitely on the sweeter side so I hope if there is a next time I could adjust sweetness. I wasn't a super fan of the drink, something tasted artificial (maybe it was the cloying sweetness) that I don't usually taste in other bubble tea.The boba itself was okay, not super chewy but not unchewable.

Can't say that I recommend the milk tea boba. Milk tea wasn't freshly made and it tasted flat and stale in the boba.

Ya-Ua is my number 1 boba tea shop. Boba is awesome and there are reasonable prices. Owner is very nice and if I had to go to one boba shop, I would definitely go here.

This "boba" is horrible. The owner may be nice, but the Boba is not. The tea tastes like soap and seems like something I would give my kids when they swore. And even Jamba juice has better tapioca. Just like village host, ya ua is taking advantage of being the only place serving Boba in the area, and cutting cost and experience. If you want to have a taste of real Boba, go somewhere else.

I can’t comment on the Boba but if you’re looking for frozen yogurt then go elsewhere. The yogurt itself was okay but the toppings were in horrible condition (fruit was not fresh and the mochi was hard). In addition the price was way too high.

Local, delicious, consistent! My kids would choose this place over any other boba places. Garlic noodles are excellent.

My go-to boba shop in Belmont. Always exactly what I want. Yogurt station is back open!

Interior: Pink, small, clean, and cute! Green milk tea: 7/10. Rich, creamy, and tastes really good even though it's made straight from powder. Like you'd actually see the powder sitting at the bottom of your drink so it's definitely not made from actual tea. Garlic noodles: 8/10. 7$ for a small serving for 1 person in a small container. It tastes and smells good but I thought it was a bit too salty and the noddles were a bit too firm for my liking.
