Most Jack in the Box restaurants are overwhelmed with customers, and the wait is long to place an order at the counter. More counter help is needed in all of them. One person at the drive-thru window must also take orders at the counters, fill and pack the online orders as well as the car orders,make the shakes,fill the drinks, run the cash registers and do the refilling of the ice,the soda syrups,stock,mop floors,clean toilets,clean the shake machines,clean the lobby tables and throw trash from the trash cans. The fast food workers deserve $20 an hour. I did that job for 8 months last year .

Two of the three times I’ve been here, it took over 30 minutes to get my food. Some people left without their food because they got tired of waiting and couldn’t get a straight answer from the staff. Imagine that: paying for food and just giving up on all hope that it’ll ever come. During all three visits, each time people came back to return their food because it wasn’t what they ordered.

Service, The worse experience on a drive trough. I was about to jump on a 8 hour drive with my entire family, so we order on the drive through a total of 5 meals. Why in the world would I need your advice on how to make an order? The cashier or manager who ever he was repeated at least 4 times. "Consejo no ordene grande en el drive trough" advice don't order big on the drive through. For a second i taught he meant large fries or something, then he keeps repeating this over and over. On the intercom they ware having quite some fun in there, we could hear them laugh for some time, some girl named Dulce and this guy. But once we got to the window his sarcasm came up. If anyone from corp reads this please look into this place, some basic training is needed.

Perfect for being in a hurry. Got off the freeway and was right there. Drive though was fast. I was surprised by the price, but then again all fast food prices have gone up considerably. Total was 7min to get food and be back on the freeway.
I tried the Teriyaki Bowl and I ❤️ it! The staff was very kind. Service was fast.

Stop by here this late morning. After I went to wash my hands, I came to the counter to place my order. I was the only one in line. All the workers saw me standing there and no one came to take my order. They didn't even attempt to tell anyone else I was standing there. After almost 10 mins of not getting any service. I debated on asking them if I was too dark skinned to get service, then I decided, nope I'm just not spending my money here. No good reason for them to not take my order. I should have taken a picture of the whole crew then posting this on our local news page to see if anything will change. Not worth it at this point.Don't come here if you would like to get any customer service.

Husband - Got the new double bacon sourdough burger with fries and two tacos and the Cluck sandwich two days later with an iced mocha. The burger didn't have enough sauce to make it as flavorful as the original but it was more fulfilling. The chicken sandwich was delicious and also fulfilling but not the best I've had. The fries were great and both were better with the JB buttermilk ranch.?? I forgot to ask for the taco sauce the first time but it was still good nonetheless. The iced coffee was good too. Good choice for a satisfying quick stop.

Solid quality for fast food. Split with a chevron, so it doesn't have its own bathroom (tho one isn't far), and the dining area is smallish. Otherwise, top tier JiB.
