I'm not a huge Pho fan but this spot changed my mind! I ordered the lunch special for $13. Well done thin steak pho with egg noodle instead of rice noodle that came with two veggie spring roll. The bowl came out super hot, very fresh tasting, clean tasting meat and the broth was extra flavorful! Not bland at all!! Definitely recommend to all friends and families!!!

Just went with my family. Kids loved the waiving cat and their chicken noodle soup. My wife and I really enjoyed the combination beef broth pho as well. The pho was loaded with veggies and not just a simple broth and meat bowl. Very filling! The server was really nice as well. Just plan on being there for at least 15 minutes or so before food arrives because they make it fresh and it's worth the wait.

I don't understand the negative reviews there are of this place a lot of people that don't know pho. First off being a Vietnamese American that has gone to Vietnam and dined around Bay Area Vietnamese pho places. This place offers some of the most finest cuts of beef for pho you can find in the Bay Area the pho broth is rich as well and they have pickled jalapeños as a side dish this is true authenticity you can get in Saigon. The price may be a little high but if you aren't willing to pay extra for quality go to to other Vietnamese pho places that are giving you less quality meat

Really good! We finally got to try this place and we all got the beef noodle soup plus shared gyoza. We all loved it, including our two toddlers. Service was good and they even brought us ice cream at the end. Will be back!
This was my first time at Pho Vy and their Bahn mi's were delicious! The bread was warm, and crispy, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. They also served vanilla ice cream on the house. Looking forward to returning and trying their other menu items.

Honestly, the food was exactly perfect! I had a bad experience from another Pho place that made me cringe for a solid month until I ate here. Absolutely amazing! I thought Pho was off the menu entirely but wow! The things I could say... kudos for being great

So excited for Vietnamese cuisine in Benicia! We tried the fresh shrimp spring rolls, which were huge and tasty! Peanut sauce was yummy as well. Then we had the BBQ pork banh mi, which was also tasty. If I had one recommendation, it would be that they should source their bread from One House Bakery. That would be incredible! Looking forward to trying the rice plates, vermicelli bowls, and pho! Such a cute little place.

Friendly staff and delicious food. The grilled pork in their vermicelli bowl is drool worthy. I loved the char-grilled flavor. This is great for one person and very filling! I'd recommend calling ahead if you're short on time but it's also nice to dine in on a cold evening to enjoy their beef pho. I am a repeat customer and will be coming back for more food!
