Just wanted to say that my quick experience in this Starbucks this morning was so pleasant! All of the folks working here were so kind and friendly and welcoming. Making sure everyone felt acknowledged and welcomed and being really sweet with someone who was clearly a regular. Thanks y'all :)

wow! I have never been to Starbucks so efficient that my order came before I was done from using the bathroom. The food is like any other Starbucks. The ambiance was clean and inviting. But the SERVICE---- WOW! Top Notch!!! Keep doing a great job guys. You made my morning today driving home of over 400 miles and 7.5 hours

The staff needs to be retrained on how to make cream cold brews. I've ordered dozens from this store and they all come with the thinnest layer of cream. It's supposed to be an inch on the grande at least. I tried to fix this by ordering extra, but once in a while I get an obnoxious 3 inches of cream and less coffee than I wanted. I've stopped enjoying my favorite drink because of this. Please change it.

I had a bad experience over there. This afternoon I ordered three cups of Matcha, however they made three cups of mocha, then I said I ordered matcha, all she said to me was she can not understand me. It seems it is my fault. She did not said anything about they will remake it again. Just said I can't understand you. Then the manger came to me said they will make it again. Then I told my sister she is so rude. She asked me what did you say: I said you are rude. Then she said that I said nothing. Then gave free drinks to customers in front of me. After a couple minutes, my sister tried to talk with the manager, the manager refused to hear me out. Just saying I just see you yell at her. Actually we didn't yell at her. The manager just made a story. I am thinking if I was a white woman, what would she do? Would she refused to hear what happened??? It is seriously related to discrimination. The girl offered bad customer service, but the manager played the game with customers. She is really an evil person. I will pursue my right, until she knows how bad behavior is.

This review is for this specific Starbucks store. I live close by, and I often swing by on my way to work. I can submit an online order right before heading out and they'll usually have it ready a couple of minutes later. The morning staff greets me by name. It's great service, and they deserve credit for it!

I was just calmly sipping my ice tea and one of the employees rudely comes up to me and says," sir we're closed now, you have to leave" and I check the time, it's 5:58(they close at 6). Trying not to be rude still, I decide not to argue and just leave, but he just stands there, staring at me while I pack up and walks behind me as I walk to the door, And Then tells me to have a good night" ! Wow Starbucks !

I must say, this the BEST Starbucks as far as efficiency and consistency. Quality customer service too! Every morning, if my Maps is saying the quickest route to work is taking the 680 Highway, I KNOW this Starbucks will process my mobile order quickly and correctly. Upon entering, they have a table that is set up just for mobile orders ready for customers to find their drink and grab and go. Other Starbs keep their mobile orders behind the counter and you have to wait for a barista to ask you your name. But not this one! They always greet me good morning. Keep up the great work Starbucks, Southampton Crew!
