This business would not accept their own coupons, the employee was extremely rude, and gave no explanation. Just said " we don't take those here" and was very curt. Has anyone else had this experience with this business?

The worse subway ever. I ordered Avocado on my wrap and there was none and when I called they argued with that there was instead of having some customer service. Will never go back

Have a coupon that I know expired, however I used in other subway when you scan it the code works even if it's expired already they don't even try to try any to help with it. I noticed that a regular customer came and they speed her order up checking her first ever offering some deal to enter to win $200. I will not came back to this specific subway. I will not recommend at all.

In my lunch break. Order 2 hotshot Italiano sandwiches and the lady charged me extra for the extra cheese and 2 meats although it came with the sandwiches. I asked for a refund amd she told me they don't do refunds, amd offered me a cookie as an alternative. I was not happy about that.

Hello, i got a subway sandwich at subway today, and there was an employee that made me my sandwich and he was very loud with his words towards me and was very rude to me. He used gloves for his sandwich Not only that but he went to the computer to charge me for my sandwich and he didn’t change the gloves and touched the computer with the same gloves he used to make my sandwich. i didn’t really feel healthy knowing he didn’t change his gloves as i could get contamined. although i still got the order for the sandwich and everything, i don’t feel satisfied. knowing he could be contaminating other people. also, i didn’t catch his name but i saw a glimpse of his name on his hat and his name started with an M.

The worst subway experience i have ever had. Ordered 4 sandwhiches 2 with double meet and paid extra. Got sandwiches with barely any meat, he forgot cheese on all of them and had the nerve to use being busy as an excuse. I get its busy, but i also expect an edible sandwich. Could not even eat them they were so.poorly made.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong from this location for pick up and it hardly had any meat in it and it’s not the first time this has happened. Make you come in and order or you end up eating meatless sandwiches.
Service sucked. The spinach and lettuce was dried up, brown and was old and wilted. ?

Ordered online and got a call and was told they ran out of all the breads except flat bread. Arrived to pick up my order and the person looked irritated that I went to register to pick up. Since this was my first time ordering online I didn't know to go to a shelf to pick up. Then got home and was also missing the cheeses on both orders and missing a lot of the add ins. I felt like since a coupon was used then we were served less. First and last time ordering at this location. Noticed that most locations do not accept coupons like advertisements on TV or flyers being sent out to consumers.
