I was very disappointed in my visit today.I ordered the crème brûlée and funnelCake mochi donut. There was not much mochi to it. More batter. It was not fluffy like you would expect. The toppings or lack of toppings on these donuts are a shame and not worth the $3.00+ dollars per donut. The crème brûlée lacked flavor and looked bland. The atmosphere itself was uninviting ie no chairs/waiting area. The structure of the building is slanted there is no view on how the donuts are made. The two employees did not greet any customers walking in or out and our order took over 10 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and head on over to Third culture Bakery.

Group order from uber eats, my co workers didn't really like the chicken popcorn (its nasty) mc donald is even better!!! Bobas too sweet, you guys should have choices of level of sweetness... It was my first time ordering and I encourage my co workers to order with me and I got humiliated!!!

In hopes of a chewy, springy, maybe a little greasy and warm mochi donuts and mabye getting in some polyphenols with an Ube frosting, I ordered a plain mochi donut, an ube mochi donut and then, since I love hot Cheetos, I decided to splurge on the Hot Cheeto, nacho potato hotdog.First off, the donuts are cold, so the ample grease used in creating them adheres to the roof of your mouth. Yuck.If you order one donut rather than a pack of donuts, the donuts come individually packaged in clear plastic boxes that are unlikely to ever be recycled. Gross overkill. The one benefit, to me, is that the texture of the mochi donut is much more enjoyable than a standard flour donut. I liked the donut texture and the fact that the batter itself was not too sweet. On balance though I’m not coming back for another cold one of these. If it were served warm and in paper, I might consider buying another plain one. However, at $3.50 each, I feel like it’s not a great value.Second, instead of Ube in this frosting on the Ube Mochi Donut, it’s ample Red Dye #3. You can tell from the look of the frosting, which is too dark to be Ube, plus the bitter taste of Red Dye #3, (that is still legal in Ca in food coloring) that they make it purple with dye, not with Ube. I’ve not tasted Red Dye #3 since I was a child. If nostalgic for a heaping helping of carcinogens in your food, this is your spot! When I read Nacho Cheese in the description, I assumed a savory cheese mixture. In fact the cheese is a sort of white velveeta mixed with a sweetener. Short of a roach, I can’t imagine a worse surprise next to a hot dog than the sweetness I would expect in a cheese danish. The red powdery stuff on the outside tastes nothing like Red Hot Cheetos. It was just decoration. The mashed potatoes that are packed around the hot dog and deep fried are studded with French fries. All of the potatoe mixture has a hint of sweet. It’s clearly something that came out of a deep freeze, having been assembled at a factory. I feel like I am eating pretend, plastic food, like in a display. I could not eat it. Waste makes me sad but the idea of getting sick from this grossness makes me sadder. So, it went into the compost bin. The only redeeming feature of this item is the well designed, adorable and compostable box that it comes in.The only time you might see a human when in this store is when employees, who are slogging back and forth from freezer to deep fryer may trudge past the kitchen door. Other than that, you order at a kiosk and your food just appears, with your name on it (even tho I only gave them my phone#) on the counter.Don’t be fooled by the cute, cheerful, clean looking exterior of this business. It could not be more depressing. Even tho I ate just a bite of each donut and a bite of the weird hot dog thing, I still feel icky from it. If you listen to your body, it will tell you not to go back!

No one greeted me. I had some questions about some of the items but no one came despite ringing the bell. Tried ordering a corn dog at the kiosk only for them to tell me they aren't serving food now. 30 mins wait for a single boba drink, and the line wasn't even big. To make matters worse, the boba milk tea had a powdery taste. Terrible customer service and such a long wait for a milk + powder drink, would not recommend.

I wish I could leave no stars. But I guess I'll put because I got a refund. But with that being said, if you like cock roaches on your Mochinut, this this is the one go to. Smh

Donut was actually really fresh and yummy. Corn dog was also yummy but was missing sauce as listed so a little dry. Boba was nothing amazing but tasty. They forgot the boba in one of my drinks which was pretty disappointing since that's the main point of the drink and I didn't notice until I had gone home so I just had a flavored milk. The other drink was slightly skimpy with the amount of boba. Popcorn chicken was super dry and not good. Wouldn't order again. Service was maybe not on their best day. Wasn't greeted when I came in for pickup order, which isn't really a big deal. But I wasn't addressed for a while when they went into the back or served other people so my order was ready for pickup when I came in but I still had to wait over 5 min since no one was available to help me. Overall wouldn't necessarily ding service but it was coupled with forgetting elements of our food too. The only thing 100% right and tasty was one drink and the donut.

The food was great the service no that great. I don't like that I had to order from a computer I like the service better in the Pinole location

I love this place!!! My daughter took me here and I couldn't wait to try. They have all sorts of desserts and Korean corn dogs are their specialty. If you like hot Cheetos then you have to try the hot Cheeto Korean corn dog. You can get mozzarella cheese or a hot dog in the middle, or both. I liked the donuts, I had the gummy bear and the churro. Both were delicious. I also got the Thai tea, which didn't really taste too good to me that's why the 4 stars. And they don't take cash which is understandable but also can be an inconvenience but anyways this place is a must try !

The kid working here with the curly hair does not need to be working in a customer facing role. I came here at night and placed an order on their kiosk. I decided to wait in my car and once I received the text that it was ready I walked back and was very surprised to see all the lights off and door locked as if it was closed! I was so confused. I started knocking on the window to see if anyone can hear me when finally this young, curly haired worker passes by and I try to show him my order through the widow from outside. This kid stopped for a few seconds and gave me the meanest, aggressive stare and just mouthed "go next door" and didn't give me a second more of his time. lol I apparently annoyed this kid. I went next door and I'm assuming both businesses are managed by the same person. I spoke to the manager who btw was very pleasant. It was busy that night and I feel like he still took the time to listen to my concerns about who he has interacting with customers and took my feedback seriously. He even mentioned that someone called earlier and complained about the same worker. If anything, I hope this kid finds a job he likes. Customer service might not be it tho.

Take out only, so no atmosphere to speak of. I've had better, but these were good enough.

We came here on a Friday night to get 2 mochi donuts. It is attached to Dessert Story next door and there is a lot of seating inside. My Snackpass didn't update to tell me that my order was finished early. We had hoped the donuts would come out fresh, but they were cold. I got the fruity pebbles mochi donut & it was good, but nothing crazy.

The wait here is terrible, over 20 min for 3 donuts. Their automated system doesn't seem to work. I would try another location. Donuts were good as usual.

don’t let u see a menu first but you must order at kiosk which makes people in line behind you angry bc you have to take forever , refused to give us water bc it’s not their business’ policy , spending 15 min in there makes you smell horrible like fried oil, and food wasn’t even good.

The server has a terrible attitude when serving, the order was ready and i could see it on the counter but the server with the curly hair did not give it to us. He is making Mochinut lose customers. I will obviously not be returning due to his terrible attitude.
