“Probably one of the best sushi places I have ever visited in the Bay. I'm taking out a star because the wait was way TOO long. We ordered 2 miso soups, 2 rolls, and some nigiris. It took more than 40 minutes to arrive, and everything came at different times, which is disappointing if you want to enjoy the dishes together. I will come back, but definitely not on weekends.“
“We went to watch the game and this place was packed and fun! Menu had a large variety of food and is very creative. I enjoyed the oxtail mac and cheese - creamy and delicious. The portions are large, and pricing im is fair. Service here is amazing, i will plan on going here more often.“
“Totally honorable slice of straight up pizza, great selection of brews, Great staff, and a convenient location in the heart of downtown Berkeley.I'm normally not a pizza and beer kind of guy, but tonight I made an exception and I'm glad that I did. Their meat combo was cooked perfectly crispy just around the edges the meat was good, Beer was great, I ordered the propaganda ale.I would give this place 5 out of five stars except just so many screens playing so many basketball games made the place kind of noisy I had to shut it out to focus on the delicious pizza. But I highly recommend this place to anyone in the neighborhood who likes pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: More about wheelchair accessibility“
“Bartenders are always amazing and very attentive they do get busy but if you give them a holler because the music is very loud they will turn around and spin around do a 360 and still give you a shot when they get chance lol ? been in here twice now both times played some pool had a few laughs and danced pretty good atmosphere if you're going for 1990s_ 2000s vibes for the ? night;)Wheelchair accessibility: There is stairs and there's really no wheelchair accessibility at this place ? sadly.....“
“A place on 24th St., the salvation to have a coffee, eat a good sandwich, have a beer and if you like everything Italian you will find it here! The guys are very friendly and the owner can't even speak of, I really liked it, I recommend it!“
“Great margherita pizza and cold beer. This restaurant has a large dinning area, outside patio and a good size bar.The pizza I ordered was great, good undercarriage, flavorful and still affordable. The bar has a good selection of beer and wine. I decided to pair my pizza with a craft pint and it didn’t disappoint.“
“I would have to say, as an avid traveler and a person who loves Irish Pubs, this bar is my favorite Irish bar! If you are in the area of San Francisco I strongly recommend that you go to the Irish Times, you will not be disappointed! the food is amazing, the drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is out of this world!!“
“From the interior vibes to stellar staff who all have great personalities, this place is a gem! If you’re a fan of dive bars that have character, satisfying food, and that are grungy but not dirty or sticky — I believe you’ll love this place, “
“Chieftain’s is the best Irish Pub in San Francisco and the best bar in Soma. We have so much fun every time we’re here and every employee is amazing. Richard, Lorrie, Danny, Dianne, Mark, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Highly recommend the Shepherds Pie!!“
“Went here for some drinks and to watch the Tennessee Vols football game (visiting from out of town). Staff was very friendly, and Eddy was great! Enjoyed talking to him, and he put the game on for us and was overall wonderful. I wish we hadn’t eaten lunch before going there, because the food looked great. We did have the fries which were perfect.“
