Cool spot located in Berkeley- near the university. Came here after show from Berkeley Playhouse- famished. Share some tacos, and burrito. We were standing there trying to figure out what is the difference between a reg/ and super size burrito.. found out soon enough to be at 3lb burrito! Originated from East Oakland, as food truck to now brick and mortar. Spot is good, i like the tacos. I would like to try other items. You can order via cashier or one of the stations to order. Ambiance is chill as we came in late, and it wasn't super crowded

Tacos are solid; I'm a fan of the carne asada and carnitas, less impressed by the chicken. The jamaica (hibiscus drink) is top notch in my opinion.

This is my favorite place for tacos near campus. My girlfriend brought me here for the first time and since then it became a special place for us. If you're on campus and search for a place serving good tasty tacos at affordable prices, Taco Sinaloa is the place to go!!! Their carnitas tacos and chorizo tacos won't let you down!!!! The jamaica is good too. Also, it's always impressively clean.

One of my friends was visiting from out of town and wanted Mexican food. I looked around Berkeley and couldn't pass up Tacos Sinaloa. They're known for their popular Orange truck that the Golden State Warriors like to order from. We came on a late weeknight and they were open pretty late, not much parking on the Main Street and not much seating inside, definitely a quick spot or place to order. We ordered on a kiosk and got a variety of tacos-- asada (beef), carnitas (shredded pork), pastor (pork), and lengua (beef tongue) which is pretty fatty. But they're the perfect size and fully loaded with onions and comes with a side of pickles. 1-2 tacos are good enough for me. And we had to pair it with jarritos! Service was pretty quick, there was no one really in there but people were coming to pick up their orders. Not really many napkins around. And quite affordable, I think about $4 a taco. Would def recommend this place if you want quick food too!

Honestly don't have much to say since this was a quick online pick up order. But this is probably one of my FAVORITE taco places. They honestly never disappoint. I am sad their locations are far from me. Wish they opened one closer. My mouth is salivating just by looking at the picture I took

This place is a big no. Expensive and food quality is garbage. The coctel de camarones was not fresh. I threw it out. The carne asada is mixed with ground beef. Wtf! The only thing that was any good was the chips and guac. Stop giving this place good reviews. They're in the middle of a college town and could care less about quality because they have the foot traffic. Never going back!

A downhill experience, did not meet expectations1. Beans undercooked and really firm (I asked for black beans and was disappointed on my first bite)2. Meat lacking flavor3. Salsa is basically blended peppers, no extra flavor4. No carrots or jalapeño (poblano peppers Not pickled)5. Lady customer looked at me weird when I helped translate what the cashier was saying in spanish because there was clearly a language barrier (weird atmosphere)

OG go to spot, super burrito to share of course. Carnitas and horchata were delish, however they forgot the salsa so the burrito was a bit dry.

BUSSIN ASF literally ate that shit DOWN. I usually don't like to try new places since i can be picky but i just thought it would cool see the vibes and try something new. the staff was so sweet and kind and the tacos were super juicy and good. i orders the pork and spicy pork tacos, i got everything on it so the total came out to 10$ but the tacos have so much meat in them u get full fairly quick 10/10 would come again

Cash only but you can order online? Also, prices went WAY WAY up. Food good, but NOT worth those prices.A super burrito is and extra large burrito, not a burrito with extra filling.Vegetarian options: Just burritos and tacos without meat. No meat substitute.

Was brought here on a date, honestly didn't know I was being brought to another Sinaloa location, I thought I was trying new foods lol I frequent the truck down the street from my house. Obviously, Sinaloa doesn't let you down. Lady kinda gave me a funny look because I order my food like a 4 year old. No onions, no cilantro. But whatever. I like my food how I like my food. The strawberry horchata was delicious. I would definitely get this again. Inside there was plenty of seating, they said the closed at 11pm, we were there probably 9:15 or so. Was fairly quiet, I was able to have a good convo and not yell. But if you're looking for an intimate setting this isn't it. I will return to Sinaloa, if not this location, another.

favorite tacos in berkeley. I use snackpass all the time to grab a taco or five from sinaloa. everything is so juicy, side vegetables the perfect amount of spicy, and super kind staff. My fav is the pastor or sudadero taco but be on the look out for burrito dealsComplete your meal with an aguas frescas (strawberry horchata, jamaica, horchata)

Heard the hype and try it out. Pros: fast and huge portions. That's about it. The cons are much longer. The food was genuinely blah. "Better than Taco Bell" is the best praise I can do. My super burrito was huge but it was also $18 so glad for that but wish it were a bit smaller and better quality. So I think if you're a hungry student it may be good. You can maybe eek four meals out of the $18 burrito but it'll be four meh meals.
