Quick & efficient service. Great location, in the heart of Beverly Hills. The person taking the order was extra helpful in suggesting that their decaf coffee tastes just as good (if not better!) than the regular roast. That helped with my decision making and we got a medium sized decaf oat cappuccino. It didn't taste any different from the caffeinated counterpart (in a good way) - thank god! It was hot, tasty, creamy and just what we wanted! Looking forward to trying their world famous vanilla latte, as well as the lavender latte next!

Today I walked over from the Beverly Hills hotel, upon arriving I realized I had forgotten my phone/cc. Chanel my barista was so kind and offered to make it for free and said I could pay the next time I was in store. I so appreciated them and their kindness! First time here ever, they stood there complaining and talking while I waited to order - while I waited for my drink, which btw was basically water with a splash of espresso, not strong at all, i grabbed a lid to put on my drink and the barista passed me my drink and i said “oh i grabbed one already” they said “oh….” turned around to their coworker and said “yeah can you move those lids immediately” — not a giant deal that i grabbed my own lid i thought?? walk the 2 minutes and go to Avva Coffee instead - immaculate service and actual strong coffee.

I ordered a matcha latte expecting it to come sweetened but it came unsweetened so it basically tasted like milk. However there is outdoor seating and you can see the Beverly Hills sign across the road.

This is a great location for people watching since it's across from the Beverly hills sign. They have some nice seating outside and some inside. I got a vanilla latte and it was pretty much what I expect from a vanilla latte. Nothing special. I also got an avocado bagel. It was pretty tasty and I'd probably order it again. The service was fine but felt slow. It wasn't super busy and there were multiple workers standing around but I had to wait 15 minutes for my bagel. I was patient but maybe not a great stop if you're in a rush. Not sure if that's the norm.

What I had: World Famous Vanilla Latte $7.5 Taste: 4/5 Overall, it was a comforting drink. It had a toffee-like aroma that I really liked. But it was a little bit too sweet. Maybe I will ask for less sugar if I ever visit again. Vibe: 4.5/5 I gravitated to the shop because of its eye-catching storefront. The patio definitely made a nice photo op. The worst service very rude, took my order as he did not want to work. I still gave a tip & the guy who was making my order was even worst. Not sure if it was closing time but I got a salad from fridge & matcha not to expect the worst service. I barely will ever write a review that is bad but the employees here do not want to be working at all.

The service was great! I ordered a Lavender Latte and also bought a Poppi Soda deliciously made!! Not to sweet and very flavorful! The ambiance was interesting... It was the Oscars/ Fanityfair parties going on nearby so there was a lot of traffic.

Overall: 1/5. Service: 2/5. The experience received was not the best. The cashiers seem to be going thru the flow and kinda just taking order without greeting or enthusiasm. Just waiting for their shift to be over. Drink: 1/5. Ordered their lavender coffee and I took about 3 sips after leaving the shop and just threw it in the trash. The espresso shots are kinda thrown on top of the drink so there's no even balance throughout the drink, even when mixing it. The shots felt burnt as well. I wish they would put the syrups with the espresso shots and stir with the milk for a better flow to the drink.
