I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never had better customer service in any environment in my life, and that is saying something. From the host to all of the servers and even the valets. Every single person was utterly delightful and helpful. The food was also lovely.

Nice quiet atmosphere. Had the Caesar with grill chicken. Very dry chicken and dressing was bland.Husband had the cheeseburger which he liked.Our server Fatima was a bit slow and inattentive but the place was dead so sometimes that affects service.This place was pretty empty for lunch but we liked the quiet.

Michelin star food in a lowkey environmentI've been to Michelin star restaurants all over the world and this restaurant is really top caliber. I often order scallops and this is the best scallops dish I've ever had anywhere, both presentation and taste. My wife ordered the steak and it was perfectly cooked and cut and perfectly seasoned as well. The spaghetti was where the chef really shows his creativity, and we loved it. For dessert the financier and panna cotta were both amazing and beautifully presented. All around, this experience rivals that of my favorite Michelin restaurants. And the staff were really great as well.

I almost don't want to leave this review, because I feel like this is still a bit of a secret spot that is so dependable and nice, and I don't want it to get crowded!It's the perfect low-key French fine dining experience in Beverly Hills!!During Oscar season, I regularly see celebrities and their family here sitting right next to me having dinner too, which is really fun!Why?- Food is amazing, like amazing- Staff are super polite, aware and efficient. Staff make this place! They're always consistent. They're always professional. They're the best Staff in the business ?- Huge huge huge drink menu, especially wine. Some really really nice, expensive wine ? here- Gorgeous interior decor- Perfect valet service makes it so easy every timeWhat more can I say?!I've been dining here for over 15 years.I really should have left this review years ago to express my sincerest gratitude for all the amazing dinner and drink experiences I've had here over the years.You literally can not go wrong with this place having dinner here.Only thing I will say is that be aware it is a hotel, and occasionally you get a group of guests during the week that are a little less restrained, or they have their pet with them, but I find it entertaining. It has never been something that causes me to even think about not going back, but it might ruffle someone's feathers out there, you never know. But I genuinely love this place, and you never have to worry about reservations.If anyone is reading this that works there, like a manager, everyone there does an impeccable job!! I had breakfast here with a guest of the hotel. I've walked by the place for years because the Beverly Hills courthouse is next door but I'd never been inside. Had breakfast on the patio. Service was impeccable, food was expensive but very well done. I had an exquisite cappuccino and their 25 dollar yogurt parfait, also exquisite. It was pretty much empty when I was there ar 730 am.Vegetarian options: Very accomodating.Parking: Park on the street out front or use the valet at the hotel.Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating.

Saw the establishment was a 4/5 star restaurant so i decided to try it out while in Beverly Hills … well the atmosphere was delightful… i ordered … a “breakfast” meal, look at the picture… the first cup of coffee was blah, boring and weak … i could have gone to lil Havana and gotten a better cup for coffee … the egg benediction was not that hot either… and the “brown potatoes” was overly burnt … i nibbled on it a bit … then asked for my bill, a cute girl but $65 ??? Really, i left most of the food on the plate but i said nothing but paid and wrote my B- score for the l’restaurant on my bill ? As you may guess i was not impressed , would i go back no would i refer anyone there no … i truly believe people dont care what they put in front of people to consume, no taste no flare just bland … But, the decor was classy ?

The bar area at L'Ermitage is a rare gem of peacefulness and excellence. Tatoom is the star bartender at this elegant establishment, and her drinks (try the Old Fashioned and thank me later) transport you to a serene escape of relaxation. Highly recommend.
