This place went down hill faster than nfts To go order and I live less than a mile away. they forgot the sauces for the chicken tenders The large fries and onion rings were cold and stuffed into a regular size container so it was like bread pudding. The fish burger was fishy af cold and tasteless. Their food used to be really good. My guess is either the night crew hates their job or the company changed. Also they don't answer the phones and must have cut early so it couldn't be rectified so I blew 60 on trash.

Burger was AWESOME! The restaurant itself was too small and the ambiance was bit uncomfortable.

Ordered delivery, they forgot to include fries . I called to complain and the phone number doesn't work! ?Also they included literally 30 packets of ketchup, and NO FRIES ?Don't order delivery directly from the restaurant website or you will have no recourse if a mistake occurs, other than physically going to the store.

Ordered a lettuce wrap through Uber eats. Two pieces of lettuce on top and one at the bottom that looked brown. Not the best

This restaurant is a disaster. Its employees are so rude. The restaurant is closed at 9 pm, but won't let us in at 8.45. So disappointed.

Eaten here a couple of times. If they actually cook the burger to medium/med well like they say they do - it’s nice and juicy and good. If they overcook it to a crisp - it’s dry and flavorless. 50/50 shot of which one you’re gonna get!

The burger is prolly great, the bun sucks! Separate the toppings so you don't mess it up any further

First of all, the hamburger is very good, and onion fries and French fries are also very good...we are a fan and will come back...Parking: There is enough parking space in the area.

Everything about this place is great. I do think prices are a bit high, which is why I don't go more often.

My girlfriend had hair in her food , both our burger were over cooked and the bacon was burnt . Also this is one of the smaller burger lounges, very few seating . Great franchise but I prefer the Culver City location

This chain usually offers the best burgers and shakes in LA but has been off lately! I ordered less than an hour before close so it was iffy at best. The burger was undercooked, the rings cold and my shake overflowing with gobs of whipped cream and melting. Hoping for a better experience on my next visit!!

Blonde haired gentleman helped me decide what to get and he was super easy to talk to!! They even have gluten free buns and grass fed burgers and the fries are cooked in peanut oil so all very healthy. 1000 island sauce is made in house. I would be back for sure! Small little tables you can eat here but I got it to go. :)

This was the best joint I had in California and that includes Fatburger as well as In-N-Out Burger (which I have dubbed 1-N-Done burger). Absolutely loved it! Worth the price and then some.

Ate here a few years ago, such a BAD experience i avoided the Beverly Dr. location for years. Tried it yesterday (and of course, tipped). Another NIGHTMARE. Late PM, few patrons. Ordered my burger and a salad, sat outside--spent 10? minutes on my phone--no food. I ask what's up--"your (remade) salad will be there in a minute. 10+ minutes to get it to me?? Then the OVERCOOKED special truffle burger arrives. No juice or flavor. Two disappointing visits years apart. How can it take so long to cook, and how can a burger place mess up serving a burger (once it FINALLY arrived???). Avoid.
