I've lived in LA for over 10 years, and I finally made it to Chin Chin...for Father's Day! My dad was craving spare ribs, and needless to say, he got 'em. I was pleasantly surprised by how great our dinner was – I would go back to Chin Chin in a heartbeat! The Chinese Chicken salad and pan-fried chicken dumplings were delicious!! The Beverly Hills location has a lovely outdoor patio. It was a wonderful Father's Day :).

Unforgettable

8 of us showed up 30 minutes before closing and to the credit of the staff and kitchen, they produced great food and served us with wonderful attitude. We were all very pleasantly surprised and will be back.

My daughter and her husband wanted to go to Chin Chin with the kids for the day after their anniversary. We had such a good time! Food was delicious! Always love the manager, service always good and we come here all the time! Only good review from me!

Came in on Friday night. Got sat right away. Was greeted by a very friendly server, I believe her name was Megan. She had great hospitality and her recommendations were. Spot on. As a starter she recommended the chicken dumplings they were great. Then for my main course I had the tangerine beef and chicken fried rice also great. My family and I are new to LA and we now found our new Chinese spot.

Unfortunately, as we were eating we overheard a conversation from the kitchen about whether or not there was a mouse. I don't know if they were referencing their restaurant or not but it ruined dinner for us. Will not return.

ChinChin is the best neighborhood Chinese food in Beverly Hills. Tammy was our server and should could t have been more genuinely nice and attentive. The owner Mike came by several times to make sure we were enjoying our food. Great won ton soup, tangy appetizers and delicious main courses made this night a memorable dining experience. And it was very reasonable!

LA STAPLE!! IYKYK!! Stupid fire Chinese food that doesn't leave you feeling heavy and bloated. Run by Mike, the manager, no dish gets to the table unseen. Make sure to ask for Megan, she knows all the bomb dishes!!!

The food here was amazing, especially the chow mein and the churro dessert. Our server Megan was also incredibly friendly and the food came out so quick. The manager Mike was even walking around making sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying their food. Pleasant atmosphere and great food!

I had a takeout order and was helped by Maiya. She was very friendly and helpful. So many establishments lack great customer service these days so it's good to see that still exists at Chin Chin's.

The chili cheese fries are also delicious and enough to feed three people. French fries have a wrinkled shape and retain their crispiness even after chili peppers have been placed on them. There is also an option to add chopped raw onion as a garnish (which I would recommend for some fun). When you order takeout, the chili and cheese come separately so you can pick it up as you go. The french fries also have a lot of pastrami.

The peanut noodles were too tempting not to try! Our server Justin was excellent, and helped accommodate my family's dietary specifications with ease. 5 stars for service, food was pretty good.

Horrible service!...... For some reason every night I go I keep getting this nightmarish waiter Ivan. The first time I had Ivan, I made the mistake of being terribly hungry, I begged him to take my order and when he did, he went back to cleaning the tables instead of putting my order in. I told him please, please put my order in I'm starving. It seemed like too much of a bother for him. The second time I went, the same thing I was starving. I ended up sitting there for 30 minutes and my food never came, I finally said Ivan where is my food. He never put the order in. So I took a break from this restaurant for 3 months, but after that I really miss the delicious food. Last night May 3rd 7:00 p.m. was the icing on the cake. I go to the restaurant there's only two customers. Ivan is sweeping the floors. I waited 5 minutes, I said finally can I order some food he said I'll have to wait. He went back to sweeping and sweeping and sweeping and sweeping and sweeping some more and sweeping. I lost my mind. We had a huge argument I couldn't believe he would treat a customer like that? I am completely disgusted by his behavior and I could only hope that the restaurant would fire such a person like this. He doesn't need or deserve to be a waiter in Beverly hills.

Quality has fallen off! Plus the value is just not there! I know it's hard to find good chinese food in Los Angeles but unfortunately Chin Chin is kind of a joke now! I would say if people weren't nostalgic about the Chinese Chicken Salad the place would probably be on its way out! You need to do better Chin Chin! You can't charge what you do and give this type of quality! Just wrong!!!! I would say probably pass at this time! Just not worth it!!!!
