The Beverly Hilton in general is showing its age. And this restaurant is no exception, in a hotel this large to have just one restaurant is really ridiculous. The restaurant has not been touched in decades I would guarantee the carpet oh my God. Nothing in the restaurant made me want to stay there any longer than I had to to eat my food. The highest rating is for the service - thanks to Edwin. Noteworthy are the lamb chops. Those were impeccable! Although my companion never enjoyed anything less than medium, she enjoyed medium to rare chops! Delightful. Beef tartar was ok, the color of the meat was dark due to either some spices or keeping it on ice. I don’t recommend the tartar. Atmosphere is not bad, but nothing special. Come here for food, if you stay at the hotel.

11/30/2023 The CIRCA 55 is situated inside the Beverly Hilton that was broken ground in 1953 and open to the public in 1955. The ambience is excellent. The Golden Globe Awards ceremony was held at the hotel year over year since 1961.The Veranda is not perfect. For example,It has been using a wrong cup for cappuccinos that ruined the taste.
