Perfectly Healthy

The owner is SO rude. We paid for a few drinks and the owner yelled us because it was now lunch service, despite there being seven open tables. We literally sat there for TWELVE minutes and he shooed us off as if we didn’t buy several drinks. Incredible rude behavior and will not be returning. Also the drinks were very MEH

Still one of not the best in Beverly Hills. The owner is a character and passionate about his business. I had the pizza recently and it is divine!! A must try even if you're not hungry!! You will not be disappointed.

BJGZ Beverly Hills

We happen to get along with the owner just fine. This is an old school Euro style espresso spot and the double espresso is exactly what we expect. The location in The Courtyard, built in 1937, is perhaps the best of any cafe in town. And being on Canon Drive it is automatically appealing to BH locals. Simply put, we go here all the time!

I should have read the reviews. Worst customer service and attitude. I'm so disappointed and surprised by how they treat their customers. Too early in the morning to be faced with verbal abuse over a coffee. Won't be back.

Second time here. My first experience was not great so I gave it another chance.I'm afraid it was still a poor experience.I had plain black coffee and a croissant. The coffee was terrible. Just awful. I've been told their specialty is espresso or cappuccino. The croissant was ok.The real problem is the lack of customer service. I always arrive asking how the person is doing and smile. I was met with an irritated response of "what do you want?". So I ordered. I wasn't offended, just disappointed. What upset me was witnessing how some others were treated. I saw a young lady order her cappuccino and pastry and then go sit. She waited for about 10 minutes and went back to the counter to inquire if they would be bringing her order. The guy snapped at her. Absolutely snapped. Yelled at her that he doesn't deliver to the table, she has to pick it up. Now, if it is self serve, totally fine, just tell people. And yelling at a customer who was just inquiring is never ok.

Awful customer service. I witnessed the owner and lady, assuming owners, yell at customers. How is this place still in business with this type of service? Food is decent but if the vibe is toxic not worth the trip. Won't be returning......

The owners of this caffe are incrediblyrude,When you arrive inside they don't sayhello,And when you leave they don't say hello,they have a pride that I don't understandwhere they get it from,With one caffe that has the space of mybathroom where I live,You owe yourself service, and a favoredthat customers do you should thank theminstead of being so rude.Unfortunately Americans like to be treatedbadly,if I'm wrong smart people would avoidthis place.The owners are Greek not italian.
