The hours are wrong. Don't waste your time trying to go here after 7pm, as they're closed.Parking: Very little street parking in this area. It's best to walk here.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I've always had a good experience at this location. I recently needed a last minute catering box so I called and they were able to have it made in 15 minutes which I appreciated. The only tricky part about this location is parking because it's on Beverly which can be hard to find parking on.

Gonna be honest I love Jimmy John's it's the best sandwich chain. This store though does not have its hours right. Went at 6pm and there were 2 workers inside with the lights on, I went to open the door and it was locked for seemingly no reason (they say they're open until 9). I get if they were closing up shop and they aren't open until then but have accurate hours! I can't give you're franchise location anything other than 1 star if you actively don't want me to eat there

Had to give this place two stars. First visit: didn’t give me the chips I paid for.Second visit was today. My husband and my bread was hard down the center of the bottom. The bread is the best part! I look forward to the freshness and softness of the bread every time. What a let down.

I only give Jimmy John's four stars overall because there isn't a location in the San Fernando Valley. One thing I can say about Jimmy John's that I love more than any other sandwich place, they provide the option for lettuce wrapped sub sandwiches, and that is incredible for people who avoid carbs.

The staff on a Beverly really takes care of the store and the bread is always an aroma of freshness ! I love the turkey Becouse I am always on a diet lol Nelly is at the counter and she is very professional and very caring about the customers I like that !Not to mention I love the homemade bread and fresh turkey and veggies !Kid-friendliness: Just a really Good store wirh great staff and no attitude lol

Their website said they were open, so we ordered online and showed up to pick up the sandwiches. The restaurant was locked but a worker was inside, we tried calling and saw him blatantly ignore the call. We are very disappointed since we were huge jimmy john's fans in the midwest, it is ridiculous they would be closed at 6:30 when the door says they close at 9. Not sure if that employee was lazy and stayed clocked in while shutting down, it looked like another commentor had a similar issue.
