Horrible Customer service. The morning crew is very nice. Got there within 10 minutes to closw. Theyve already bleached their blenders. Idk why their using bleach to disinfect their blenders but ok. Will never visit again. Im a local store owner and could not leave any sooner and really was kraving kreation drink. Cannkt believe this service in Beverly Hills. Smh

Came in monday for a smoothie and a couple of juices walked in and i did not get no attention or any friendly greeting from the two young ladies in the front that's the down side. the only reason why i didn't leave so unhappy is because the lady who turn in my drink said my name and gave me a smile thanks to her. Shes always there when i go and she always smiles thank you for that. on the other side the two young ladies in the front should learn some costumer service.

The guy who took the order seemed distracted and I gotta asked 3 times and still got my answer wrong for the second time.Regular sizes for over $9 and large is somewhere over $12/13.Hard to find parking and only meters since it’s a busy area. I ordered a bowl and it was very watery I asked them to make my bowl again because it was watery. They said it melted because it was hot outside I literally I walked outside for one minute and came back because it was watery. They have terrible service I would recommend no one going to this place. If I wanted a juice I could've of just bought a juice. All I wanted for Christmas was a nice açaí bowl and they just ruined my Christmas.
