I went here with my mother in 2019 for a vacation, we had a 5 stat hotel universal studio vip tickets and it was the day before we were suppose to go to universal and we were in la for 5 days, we walked down the roads looking at how beautiful it was and we came across this small restaurant and we went in to eat the food is excellent, we had the dish of the day I forgot what it was but it was this excellent pasta, I never eaten such good food from a small shop, also I’m from across the country so hello from ny!

This site is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I I need a good lunchon, this place comes straightaway to my mind. outstanding and food and a large list of dishes.well mannered staff, and agreeable ambience. In addition to that, the charge is decent. I praise this place with no doubt.

Unfortunately Little Vitaly is now permanently closed :-( The owners went back to Italy. Little Vitaly was a franchising of Vitaly Caffe' in Costa Mesa so you can still find their range of items and more there. Ciao Little Vitaly, it has been nice to have you in Beverly Hills for a while

Across from the Peninsula hotel, this place is an absolute hidden gem. The items are not expensive despite how luxurious the whole area is. The pastries are below $5, the sandwiches are about 11/12 dollars. The fruit bowl (acai) was about $8. I recommend the chocolate croissant. It didn't have the same shape as normal croissants and honestly, it tasted even better than normal croissants. The texture reminded me of mochi and they served it to us all warm. Out of everything we ordered, it was the last to be served. My mom fell in love with this place. From the Italian little cafe vibes to the food. Everything was perfect. I do wanna mention that the sandwiches come with a salad on the side. It had a lot of sesame taste to it. The server called it a panini but I don't think it was pressed. The bread and just the sandwich overall was ptetty salty for me but nonetheless, I enjoyed my meal. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Little Vitaly is a gorgeous little cafe/restaurant with great Italian food, dishes with home made pasta, soups, salads, piadinas and more. Open for breakfast until dinner, served and cooked by the very lovely and friendly mother and son team both from Italy, who make you feel very welcomed from the beginning, nothing is too much. We found this by chance around the corner from our hotel, once found we kept coming back, well priced in amongst the more expensive food places in Beverley Hills, This cafe can compete with the best of them. A meal or two or three here is must, tip well as it is so deserved.

This little cafe is adorable. It is quaint, clean and has excellent customer service. It's all about the details, their smile, their attention to the customer's needs. A beautiful atmosphere to sit and be on one's own or with a friend. Highly recommend it. Food is great too!

5 stars- I had some time prior to an appointment and I wanted a coffee, I am all about supporting little local business mom and pop cafes not only if the coffee better but the service is truly top notch. The owner is extremely pleasant and humble- felt as if I was in Italy or my home country Portugal, when the owners sit and talk to you extremely friendly! Highly highly recommend- did not get food but from my understanding the good does NOT disappoint!

Updated review* So my first couple of experiences were really good and I was happy to discover this little Italian cuisine. However, this time I was so disappointed about food. I ordered a sandwich that came with green mix salad. My sandwich was missing basil and also their pesto was bitter and had a weird color. I've never seen that kind of pesto. My mixed green salad was not washed!!!:( and also had nasty rotten pieces. The service was excellent as usual , iced tea was on point. I could not come back to bring the sandwich because my lunch break was almost over and I had to take out chicken and roma tomatoes because they were fresh. I don't think I want to try pasta if I'm so dissatisfied with pesto(which is a signature touch of Italian cuisine in my opinion) and rotten mixed greens. Passed by to get some coffee and dessert. Homemade cake was delicious. Had a touch of lemon scent that I loved and some sliced almondsWhen I took the first bite it was warm and made me feel that it was just straight from the oven. The lady who works there was extremely nice and polite. I'll definitely come back to try bruschetta and pasta.

I ma italian and I used to live next block from Vitaly. I think that they simply took a piece of Italian tradition to LA. The coffee is properly Italian (espresso single shot) I also love the cakes that are homemade and always different. Highly recommended!!!
