A friend recommended this place and I'm glad she did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted nicely, they took our order and didn't have to wait long for our food! The food tasted so good! We made our on pizza, got mozzarella sticks, garlic knots and pasta! The owner of the place along with the workers are so nice. I definitely recommend this place.
The service is five stars but the food didn't meet my expectations. Ive been here now about 5x. Readers- I am a huge pasta fan so my review is based on the pastas and fried calamari. (When I say a fan, I cook handmade pastas at home for friends etc) Pastas were many times overcooked. Fried calamari too was a bit dark brown this time... Oh my Italian hidden goodness! Wow this little gem is an amazing local find for low-key amazing wine and zucchini sticks with Al Capone. These people love what they do and it shows. I had mozzarella sticks and sea bass and stromboli and it was like being teleported to my old nyc life. Peace and love and tomato sauce.
