First time trying philz, and I love their iced mint mojito- decaf. The default sweet and creamy is too creamy, so during my second visit I got medium creamy. I wish they would come to Toronto!
I've been to a few different locations and it doesn't matter which branch I go to, the drinks are consistently good. Philz is one of my favourite coffee spots to go to in LA. They have so many flavours and types of drinks. My usuals are the honey haze and mocha. Sure, it's sweet and all but the coffee smells great!

Place is bad and is not representative of Philz. I don’t know how they’re so bad at pouring coffee. It’s not hard. Wish they just let me do it because it tasted like cardboard trash.

I stopped in for the first time today, and I wish I had sooner! The atmosphere is light and open, which is quite a contrast to most coffee shops. The two women working at the time, one the cashier and the other a barista, were so incredibly kind. They were so cheerful and went above and beyond to make sure my coffee was okay and even provided my dog with a bowl of water! Not only does the coffee tastes great, the fantastic customer service makes it even better! Highly recommend the iced oat milk and honey latte. Perfectly balanced, sweet and creamy, and a great afternoon pick me up.Vegetarian options: The drinks and the majority of the store are vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessibility button to open and close the door to get into the coffee shop.
