My BFF and I were celebrating our birthdays as we do every year. We had the best time. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our birthday wish was on the menu and on our dessert plates. It was new touch we enjoyed so much! Thanks Mastro's!!!

Been to Mastros several times. Usually great food but this time most everything was sub-par. Desert was good but steak was full or gristle, lobster was over cooked, and crab cakes tasted like warm tuna.

Magnificent experience! Service and food were superb. First time of many more to come. Japanese Wagyu A5 (medium-rare) was cooked to perfection and was paired with lobster mac n chess, brussels sprouts and asparagus. Lobster Bisque was phenomenal and is a must-have. The bone marrow and bread were exquisite. Our server went the extra mile to ensure the experience was above reproach. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time! It was a wonderful way to spend my birthday, and I will definitely be back again. The food was amazing, the service was great, and the pricing was reasonable.

Tonights's experience was one that we'll remember since they made us feel special. Especially since it was my son's birthday, they entered his name on the menu! He was very surprised to see this ! Our server Hannah was a star! She was great! We had the Mastro's experience that we know and love. Our food was very good too. Thanks for bringing back the colossal onion rings for our appetizer !! We'll definitely be back to the penthouse. It was an awesome evening.

The bone in ribeye had gristle and wasn't very flavorful. The lobster mash had more butter than potatoes or lobster — I love butter but it was way too much. Conversely, the service was great, the martini was delicious and substantial, and the delicious wine came with a great pour!! I am okay with high priced drinks as long as you get a real drink for your money and mastros delivered!! I was disappointed overall tho and will pick a different spot for our next “nice dinner out” night.

I've been going to Mastros since the 2000s. I feel like now Mastros is overrated and public so the quality of food has gone down. Bring back the Great Quality of steaks like back in the day. Last night we decided to go there Penthouse at the Beverly Hills location. The food wasn't good at all. 1. The appetizer sautéed shrimp were lukewarm and the shrimps were small. 2. Our steaks came out medium and we asked for MED Rare! Stop thinking ppl don't know the difference bc we are a different race. 3. My asparagus were mushy. We sent them back and it took 15 min to get a new order! 3. My daughter fries were SALTY and overly fried. We sent them back. They used to give us fresh cut fries not sure what happened. Getting new fries took 20 min. 4. Our server was so busy serving EVERYONE ELSE AND DIDNT REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO US. I was annoyed. 5. Stop treating “us” like it's our first time ever dining there. Which is why I don't like going to “fine” establishments. 6. I think I am done with the Penthouse. Why did you all change the steak knives?

Service was not what we usually receive at this location, our server was not attentive at all, even tho the place was almost empty, also his helper did not remove plates or kept the table maintained, it's sad that we had to be asking for things constantly and to remove dirty plates, also our server didn't even mind to come to the table to check if our food was good right after serving it, didn't offer to serve the side dishes at all... overall we love this location but yesterday was Not the best experience.

Not worth the heavy price tag. We were seated at the table closest to the bar, which is garishly lit by a huge fluorescent faux rock wall. Felt like I was eating in a school cafeteria. Also, REALLY loud live singer that didn't fit the vibe of the room. We had a great meal, but tried to eat it quickly so we could get out of there.

I have been here many times and every time is always wonderful. The service is always great and the food is OFF THR CHAIN good. This is my favorite steak house. I will definitely be back for more deliciousness

Excellent food & service. Made-to-order seafood tower = stupendous presentation. Bacon steak top notch. Meats, creamed corn and scalloped potatoes superb. Butter cake to-die-for. Easy valet parking.

Always believed Mastros had the best meat Shockingly disappointed in the ribeye. We sincerely appreciate & respect the hospitality & courtesies given to my wife's birthday dinner celebration. The penthouse entertainment was enjoyably awesome. The service staff was as always professionally impeccable. Fortunately we all have steakhouse options in this county. ???

The food was good. However, they used to serve you (as a top notch restaurant does), but we didn't get that “special” attention. We were first seated at a small table and we asked to be moved which they did accommodate. Maybe going on New Year's Eve wasn't the smartest thing to do.

Been going here for years. Still the best food in the area, but the prices have climbed and the service has declined (perhaps they were understaffed - it was Christmas Day). Bone-in Ribeye was excellent. Fries and sauteed spinach were perfect. Wedge was the best ever. Maple glazed bacon steak appy was sin on a plate. Mixed drinks were great. We'll be back on a less busy day.

We so enjoyed our dinner at your Restaurant . The check in for Christmas dinner first seating at 2 pm. Was a bit of a cluster with people having to congregate at the front desk. There has to be a better system. We noticed you have a dress code but seems you do not in-force It. The staff and food were amazing . Price point for side dishes were over priced we felt.
