I've been coming to this location for over 10 years. The guys who prepare the meals are fantastic. Always serves with a smile and efficient. However, The guy who currently works at the register is rude. It wouldn't hurt for him to say Hi or thank you occasionally. This is the reason I only come when I desperately need food for lunch. Who wants to see a grumpy guy taking your money. Otherwise, there are lots of eating establishments close by.

Salads, sandwiches, burritos, and more. Great turkey chili. Nothing fancy, but a good lunch close to work. The staff is amazing - friendly, attentive, and just all around great.

Meh I can make better food, but if that's your only choice in the office what are u gonna do??

Came here during lunch time and ordered the chicken strips combo. It came with two pieces of chicken, fries, and cole slaw. It was pretty standard American food. The chicken was crispy but not dry. The fries was cooked pretty well it terms of not being over or under cooked. I wasn't a fan of the Cole slaw so I just left that to the side. I would come back to try their burgers. I've heard it's highly wanted.

Mostly nice employees, but the lady at the register won't even spot PENNIES to DAILY customers - she'd rather make you break a $100 bill then spot you five cents if you only have $2 for a $2.05 order. The food tastes fine but if you get something as exotic as a burrito you can expect to spend awhile in the bathroom.

There food is pretty good but just don't ask to use the bathroom. There is a short guy with a mustache at the register who guards the bathroom key with his life. It's because of this I am giving them 2 stars. If I am buying food there why be so stingy with the bathroom key? The guy with the mustache is so stingy with the bathroom key he even lies about not having it. This guy needs a good talking too from management.

Wide range of options and good food. Staff is very friendly and willing to accomodate any adjustments to salads and sandwiches.

Extremely rude employees, no energy and they give customers dirty looks every day.

Great place to grab a delicious, filling, and well-priced meal in the Beverly Hills/Beverly Grove Area. All their food is worth trying, and the staff does not cut corners in making your meal.

Walked in for lunch and I want to wash my hands; bathroom is across from the cafe....I asked the guy in charge for the bathroom key. He assumed I wasn't a customer and he refused to give me the key. He said bathroom is for my customers only (in a very egotistical manner). I shrugged my shoulders and moved on to another eatery. Worst customer service ever. Not good for business.

If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would. It's horrible! The staff are always looking pissed off and upset. They get angry if you ask for things to be added to your order. I swear I don't get it. They are never consistent with pricing. One day a sandwich is 8 bucks 2 days later that same sandwich is 10 bucks?? When you bring it to their attention they make up some bull crap story and then look cross eyed at you. I have no clue why this place is still in business .... save yourself the headache and walk or drive somewhere else to get breakfast or lunch because trimana is not good!! It's horrible!!

This place needs to listen to customers instead of making up their own ideas and prices. When someone asks for half a sandwich don't give them a full one and tell them they have to pay. When someone orders a Cobb and asks to take a few things out and add others in you can't charge them another 5$ for changing a vegetable. The food isn't that good don't be a j*** and rip off people in the building. We can go else where.

I come here all the time for lunch after yoga because the place is conveniently located in the same building. The main menu they have is very basic and doesn't have many healthy choices. I disallowed end up getting a salad Special and it's always reliable, though never great. All that said, usually resent coming here because of the service. There's a weird bad vibe from the employees like they don't want to be there so they take it out on you. There's never a smile or a friendly word though they surely know me by now. When I ask for an extra topping on the salad and immediately add that I'll pay for it, it still throws them off and they tell me: "no, you can't!" and only later they realize I said I'll pay for it. Oh, and one more thing. Wish these grown men didn't call me "honey" or "sweetie". It's an afterthought but when it's done without a smile and an air of disregard or even hostility, it sounds well, insincere.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. They had a pretty nice selection of sandwiches and burgers. I especially liked my side of fries. Perfectly crispy and not overly salty. Lady that helped us was nice and they really work to get your order ready in a jiffy. Located on first level of a small plaza on Wilshire.

Overpriced club sandwich only had one thin slice of turkey. The slab of mustard they put on the sandwich was thicker. Who the hell puts mustard on a club sandwich!
