Quaint bakery with excellent service. We had breakfast with our family of four (two adults and two kids) and Jesús took care of our orders and food came out great! Recommend the eggs Benedict!

This is my third trip into the bakery and Jesus excels at customer service. His pleasant and cheerful attitude is consistent every time I’m here. Even incoming customers make a point to compliment him on his service. If anyone who sees this and works with people, please come and take note of how Jesus works his magic!

Yes, if I can give it -10 I would. Again a bathroom story, haha. I asked to use the bathroom which was suggested by the lovely post lady next door. (Love that Post Office and it opens at 9:00am) I was well dressed and asked him if I could use his bathroom first and then I would purchase something for the convenience. He proceeded to started complaining, yada yada yada for quite a while and accused me that I would go out the back. Seriously?!?!? This is how you treat your patrons in Beverly Hills. Shame on you!!! Also it was very dirty and the health department should be called. He should be called the Bakery Nazi like on Seinfeld. And the food isn't even worth it. Oh, and Tutto Bene means 'okay' in Italian. So you know if the owners name their establishment 'okay' it's not going to be good going in.

Id give zero stars if I could. The food was ok, but the service is TERRIBLE. If you go in the morning and Masala (I think that was her name) is working.... Just turn around and walk right out. I ordered a latte and breakfast then went and sat outside to wait for my order. The food arrived, but my latte didn't. I asked for it twice. And twice I was told it would be right out. I was halfway through my meal when it still hadn't arrived. My friend I was with went inside to ask about it. Masala finally brought it out with no apologize, just with the excuse that the coffee machine hadn't been turned on yet (they had been open for almost 3 hours at this point). We called the manager out to speak with us, hoping that maybe his customer service would be better. It wasn't. We got 15 minutes of stories about past employees that didn't work out. We gave him suggestions on where to look for better employees, he thanked us for our input and walked away. Masala brought the check out and we told her that we were unhappy with the service. She immediately started to argue and tell us how busy she was and how she was the only one working, etc... she argued so much. I told her that when it comes to customer service, usually the better you are, the better the tips. She then stated she didnt care about her tips and gave such terrible attitude.

Wow this little cafe is absolutely delicious and a great Beverly Hills gem! I came here after a workout class nearby before I went to work and wasn't expecting much since I was just super hungry. However going in, the staff were really friendly and patient with me as I took my time to decide what I wanted to order. I got the Big Bad Boy burrito but oh wow the portions was massive with delicious homestyle potatoes on the side. The burrito was absolutely so so yummy and lasted me the entire work day as two meals at that point. Definitely would come back again to try other items on the menu!!
This place was a great little find. Came here for lunch with my husband and their food was great. It took quite some time for the food to be ready but they were also busy during a lunch hour. We ordered a fish dish and a sandwich with pesto. Both orders were delicious and I would order them again. I do plan on coming back here again so I can try the other items on their menu and because it is close to my work. The staff was very friendly too.

A literal GEM! Kind staff, good service, good prices and AMAZING food. The staff are so pleasant and genuine and they have a variety of desserts to choose from. The fruit tart and marble cake are my favorites, but the star of the show is their SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE. Just try it, you won't regret it!

Stopped by not thinking much of it & was SO IMPRESSED by the chicken pesto panini & the lemon blueberry cupcake! The lemon blueberry cupcake was one of the best desserts I've had in la, so moist & not too sweet but just right!
