Amazing customer service. Great drink selections. And they're accommodating to Gluten Free customers. My wife and 2 boys are GF and they happily made substitutions for us. It doesn't always work out for my family with that, so that was extremely appreciated. P.s. we got the seared ahi sandwich and it was amazing wish I could've taken a picture before but it was so bomb

I loved the atmosphere, staff were super nice, I got the tuna nachos and they were AMAZING overall I think it was the best food I ate during all my trip! It is also pet friendly (in the patio, not on the inside) Also my kids asked for some hot chocolate and it was amazing even though it was water based it tasted so good (I rlly thought it was milk for how good it was) so if you are in the village definitely come check out this place.Vegetarian options: Some options for vegetarians and I bet they will be happy to make an adjustment in the dishes to make ot vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Some options of salads, veggies, etc.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly section in the menu.

Nice ski town eatery with alcoholic drinks available. You order your food at the counter and the food and drinks are delivered to your table. Draft beer selection had some fun and delicious options. Food was very good. Atmosphere was like a ski lodge cafe.

We had to seat ourself, get drinks ourselves and then go up and order. What is the tip for?My GF got the fish and chips for 22$ and it came soggy with tartar sauce that had no flavor. The Cole slaw smelled spoiled so I didn’t even eat it.I Ordered a pizza with wings. Pizza and wings were underwhelming for the price. Just wasn’t good food.Total came out to a whopping 76$ like holy crap this place is a money grab. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Awesome restaurant and bar at Big Bear Lake Village. The menu is extensive and even offers a chicken entree for dogs. There's so many different areas to sit too. No pets allowed indoors, but there is a huge patio area with lots of seating and heaters. If you only want drinks, a waitress can take your order from anywhere, but if you want to order food, you will need to go inside to the bar register. They also have a self serve water dispenser with cups outside stationed at the outer bar. Definitely a place to hit while in town.

This establishment should not advertise as dog friendly. I read the patio rules that included not being able to have your dog on your lap. However, my small 15 pound dachshund was shivering even with his snow jacket/scarf band, and I noticed everyone else on the patio had their little dogs on their laps, so I gave it a try. Within three seconds an older man came around the corner yelling at me to place my dog back on the ground. I said "sorry, but he's shivering..." and his response was "I know but it doesn't matter." He did not bother to stop at our table, just yelled while rushing by. He also did not bother to offer to turn on either of the two heaters next to us. You'd think you'd want to provide solutions for your paying customers. I've been here multiple times with dogs over the past few years and never experienced this. Take your business and pup elsewhere, unless your pup has a full body insulated snowsuit.

The manager would not honor a $50 gift card given to me by Big Bear destinations when booking a rental. He claimed it had no balance & when I asked for more information on how this could have happened he got upset and told me I had five minutes to get out. I could not believe this man was kicking us out. We had not done anything. This manager is unhinged and should not be in the position he is in. When I asked for my gift card back and he pulled out a wad of cash and threw $60 on the table. I left the money on the table, untouched. I found this incredibly insulting and was in disbelief. He came back before we left and shouted "Who waits 3 years to use a gift card!" Did he not know we were in a pandemic? Does he not know Big Bear is a vacation destination and not everyone visits often? I have no doubt the customer service demonstrated by this "Manager" Carlos will be the inevitable downfall of this restaurant. Avoid this restaurant, spare yourself the embarrassment.

Food is cool but the service is absolutely trash, I asked them for a water and they told me to get my own water from a water cooler?

The food was delicious! A classic burger place! I got the 572 fire burger, only thing I would say is it did not have much spice but it tasted great! My gf got the spicy chicken sand which and said it was great also. The service was on point for how busy they were. Everyone was smiling and having a good time. Owner is super nice. They have a decent amount of seating inside, but keep in mind it will be packed on the weekend. They do have a nice outdoor seating area as well, but I'm not sitting out there when it's snowing! YOU can though!

This spot was a 5 minute walk from my Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. My friend and I walked up to the bar to place our order, ate outside next to the fire pit, and vibed to great music. Service was friendly and speedy. And, good grief, this was the juiciest, tastiest burger I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I got the Classic Cheeseburger and my friend got the 572 Fire Burger. Both were cooked to a perfect medium rare and had great flavor. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in Big Bear!

Good place for drinks and appetizers. Pablo was great he patiently waited while I found a table then adjusted it so it would stop being wobbly. Thank
