There were two girls there The dark haired girl served us, she was callous and uninterested. The other girl that was working there, light brown haired girl was much nicer I wish she had served us. Dark haired girl doesn't want to work there you should let her find another job. This was around 1:35pm today Feb was 27. We like Ben & Jerry's and we prefer this company to be better represented.

If I could leave negative stars I would. They close at 10 PM! My little sister wanted ice cream we got there at 9:45 PM. The door was locked and I knocked cause people were inside getting ice cream (customers) and the lady that worked there came out and said they are closed. I politely said you guys don't close until 10 o'clock tho. She said the manager said they close at 9:45 pm. But yet we got there exactly at that time and the door was already locked so they had locked it before. I just think it's unprofessional to say you are open til a certain time and don't take in customers that see online and on the door it says 10PM. It's misleading especially when we walked all the way there. Hire workers that actually want to work that don't try to cut out of work early for an extra 15 minutes. Even with a big brand and corporation like that just makes them look bad. Won't be going back there again cause I wasn't even able to get ice cream the first time. If it was 10:01 or 10:05 I would've understood yeah you guys are closed but a while 15 minutes early? Lame

Great ice cream selection & fantastic customer service by Camry :) we came in with a large group & he single-handedly helped us all & was fast & friendly.

Wandered in here after an early dinner. It was EMPTY on a Friday, but so was the whole town. Luckily I went in when I did because the cashier said they were going to close down early since it was a slow day. I tried Coffee Buzz in Palm Springs a few weeks ago and got it again on this day. Waffle cone tasted great as did the coffee flavored ice cream. Would recommend for dessert in Big Bear but call before you make a trip here because they just might be closed if it's a slow day.
