The food is superb! I had the salmon dish there and I kept saying "wow" after every bite. My wife had fajitas and the chicken tasted excellent! First night in Big Bear and Gaby's cuisine did not disappoint!!! Just get there already and try her food.

Señora Gaby has my entire heart, and I knew her food was going to be amazing the second she scolded me (lovingly) for grabbing salt and pepper shakers before the food arrived to my table. She was right- her food was perfectly seasoned and no additions or substitutions were needed! The music was fun, and I felt like I was hanging out at a tia's house for dinner. The fricase and asado en olla brought me back to life after a day of traveling and hanging out around the summit. The fricase (Bolivian pozole) was probably the best bowl of restaurant pozole I've had in years. The meat from both the fricase and asado en olla were fall off the bone tender and served in hearty portions. Highly recommend a visit here after a long day around the summit!

Definitely the best fusion of Bolivian and Mexican food.All their food is authentic and is prepared at the moment, but it is definitely worth the wait. The avocado salad is delicious. The chocolate and all the fresh waters are very tasty.Gaby and her daughter are a wonderful person. Without a doubt, it is already our favorite restaurant here in Big Bear.
Really great restaurant and staff are very friendly. We got the enchilada plate and the shrimp fajitas. They were both very excellent and the salsa with Bolivian salsa. Really enjoyed our visit.

The workers are lazy and we were obviously being judged. One lady gave me attitude because i asked for ranch. Food also came out cold. They checked on literally everyone else 5x more than i was checked on.
