I would like to start off with this del taco is by far the most difficult and disappointing experience that I have encountered by far I had order two strawberry shakes and the number 3 with a small coke and a 8 layer burrito my fries were cold my fish tacos were not prepared right the shake machine was down and they still charged it plus the 8 layer was with meat inside it. I was directed to come the next day so they can help me get a refund for my order as I went back to receive my refund the Manger on sight told me that she could not give me a refund or replacement and she got very rude and call the police on myself and boyfriend saying that we were threatening her and all I wanted was my refund at this point so I spoke with the cops like an adult and still have not received my refund for the items that I said were wrong I'm putting one picture I should have took more because they had refused to give me them back I will never return to another del taco again for this for Alexis the Manger she should know better than to leave her store unattended with employees who can't do the job correctly bad service PERIOD. 10am, bought a combo meal and the fries literally tasted and felt like they were left overs from the night before. Stale, hard, sand cold. Beef and bean burrito was extremely small. $12. Never again!

The worst place to eat, the food is cold, the workers don't do their job , they are just talking. I was waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and I was the only customer. Really bad service and food !!!!!!!!

Stopped by to get some breakfast before work 5:40 am had me hold for a minute ended up waiting about 5 plus minutes just for me to leave so I wouldn't be late for work all I wanted was 2 chicken rollers

Every order placed in the drive thru had to pull around and wait for their order. I waited about 10 minutes (if not longer) in the parking lot for 2

Good staff, they always have a good attitude. I don’t mind them having me park because i understand that is their job and they get in trouble if they do not do it. I see some reviews about that but they must not work in fast food and understand why it is done. Keep up the good work guys ! ? I’ll be back

Sick and tired of being asked to park in the front when I order in the drive thru. Every time I order, I am constantly asked to park in the front to wait for my food even when there is no one in the line behind me. Absolutely ridiculous.

They got my order completely wrong in the driveway. I got home and I was extremely disappointed.
Place sucks. Use to be great when it first opened but now it's crap. No cars behind me and yet i was still told to go to the front and wait. Waited 10 minutes just to get a burger and tacos. Don't get me started on the drinks. Ordered a large strawberry lemonade, like always when it first opened with no issue...but now it only had 2 strawberries and when I asked for more the lady told me that's how it's always made...

Service is average at best. I've been here numerous times and they forget things such as asking you what hot sauce you want and you get totally different hot sauce, or paying for extra meat and not getting it. I ordered one quesadilla with no cars behind me and they asked me to park out front. There were no cars behind me.

Used to be the best del taco when they opened and then all the sudden their fryers are down after a certain time. This is my 3rd time coming in the past month and this issue happening. We had to drive off because we are just fed up now. Not to mention almost the whole menu is fried. Real disappointed when it's the closest del taco to where I live.
