Honestly idk why so many people put negative reviews, you all act as if you’re the only people ordering. It’s a business, other orders will come in. I have never had a bad experience with this dominos location, I live locally and I have ordered pickup and delivery multiple times! So I know how they work and in every situation I’ve been in where it’s going to either be late or something comes up they always notify or put a lil something extra for the wait. I really love this location and staff. Thank you to your staff and drivers!

The best experience buying pizza ever!! The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal!! Talk about first class customer service, kind employees that truly care about the customer experience!! I am loyal to Dominos and have been going everyday this week because of the team!! They all deserve raises and they are true representatives for the Domino's brand!! To lose them would be devastating as they are all true assets to the company!! Can't wait to place my next order!!

Anayeli the manager is totally unprofessional, she was rude and disrespectful. The lord gave the strength not to go off on her but due to her ways, Dominos is losing a loyal customer! And to top it off i got home and the pizza was over seasoned and the ingredients(jalapeños, onions,etc) were skimping like I'm paying for the extra items .so disappointed, she needs to get off her high horse just cause she's (the manager). The new guys were professional but once she stepped in smh.

After ordering my pizza I went to pick my order up when I came to pick it up they locked the doors early and left my pizza on the counter

Saw the Domino's commercial for gluten free crust and was happy to think I could finally have pizza after all these years of having a gluten allergy. So my husband goes over there ( no longer on Lilac Ave. now on Valley Blvd. Bloomington) with intent to get a large gluten free crust with Canadian bacon. He comes home pissed off with two small pepperoni pizzas instead. He tells me that the Domino employees told him it is only a small size for gluten free and there were no prices on the menu board. Also, they did not tell him they have no canadian bacon so proceeded to put regular bacon on the pizzas. My husband instead orders pepperoni and the charge for two small was 29.00 dollars! When they tried to give my husband the regular bacon pizzas he noticed the crust was paper thin and burnt to a crisp. He mentioned it to them and asked for thick crust not burnt on the pepperoni he wanted. " We don't have thick crust for the gluten free." When he got home and I saw the paper thin burnt small pizzas I thought Domino's should be ashamed of themselves. But hey, anything for a buck right?

I went to the new and improved dominos and it was the worst! I spent 30 dollars and my New York style pizza with extra cheese was thin and crispy and burnt with hope of cheese sprinkled on top. My other New York style had extra white sauce was not even close to what I paid extra for as well as the chicken I had 8 pieces on the whole pizza. I know because when I open my pizza and I was disappointed in the dry burnt pizza I received I counted the chicken. Also when I arrived my wing sauce was squirted on at the last second to some uncooked soggy wings. The sassy server was annoyed when I asked for the sauce to be on all my wings and charged me two dollars to cover three of the sauceless wings. I would have gone back but it was freezing outside so I just ate my disgusting New York style dry communion pizza in disgusting vowing to never return to this place!
