So I ordered food from Hot Diggity Dog yesterday for pick up and when I called them to let them know I was outside to pick up. It took four tries for them to answer and when they did the lady that answered the phone was really really rude. I let her know who I was and she said that it was going to take 25 mins. And I had got there 5 mins past the time they gave me. So I waited and when the lady walked out to give me my order she walked out without a mask and to make it worse she was wearing something inappropriate. I had my passenger window up and she threw the bag in the seat, she also never apologized for my order taking longer then the scheduled time they gave me. I don't recommend they place for anyone. Really bad customer service. They should shut this place down. And yes she got one star because it won't let me give her less.Mann
