I ordered this for takeout, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions were big and filling. The fried rice was given in a generous amount and was very good with all of the meats, which had a nice grilled flavor. I ordered the 3 meat trio of steak, shrimp, and chicken, with fried rice and yakisoba noodles. I enjoyed my meal with a side of ginger sauce, yummy sauce, and a side of garlic butter. I will definitely be coming back or ordering again. Very yummy. My photo does not do it justice.

What a great food truck/trailer! Everything is made fresh and tastes great. I had the trio #2 and all of the meats were excellent. The fried rice is money! Portions and prices are great too. I highly recommend hitting these guys up if close by.

I should've ordered extra yum yum sauce. I usually won't eat it anywhere but theirs was perfect. My noodles and rice were both seasoned and cooked very well. The grilled chicken was flavor juicy, and I loved that it wasn't overdone and dry. I placed a DoorDash order, when my food arrived it was still steaming hot! Fresh off the grill. The service from Midnight Hibachi was great. They're really good on communicating and making sure their customers have the best experience. This was for sure one of my best Hibachi experiences and one of the best experiences I've had in DoorDash because of them. I would highly recommend 10/10. I'll be going to the truck to try them in person soon. If you're looking for good food at a good price I suggest checking them out.

First time using Uber eats and i was blown away with the quality and quantity of food i received!!! I called the place and i spoke to the owner who was more than happy to answer any questions i had!! Definitely recommend this place if you are passing by the inland empire!! I was surprised i got my order so fast during a busy Friday!

Not good, overpriced and either the filet mignon was not as advertised or the person beyond the counter doesn't know that they need to cut the meat against the grain (hoping it's the latter) considering how much I paid. Or simply they source subpar products and in that case, really don't order from here. People saying that this is the best Hibachi in the IE are absolutely mistaken, and if you think it is, trusting your opinion on food is a massive mistake. This place is mediocre at best, hard pass. The noodles taste like oil and the meat/veg are extremely bland. If you're browsing for a place to eat, keep looking, I promise you can find something better. Wish I would have known prior to spending about $70. Not worth it, at all.

The service was horrible. The lady that works here has attitude all the time, never smiles and never greets you and she always skips people in line. I thought she was having a bad day the first time it happened but I've been here again a couple times after that and it's always the same problem. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, but If it wasn't for the food being so good I honestly wouldn't come back to this place.
