The worker here that works in the morning is a rude person she told me to take my blanket off the table when there wasn’t any customers in the store at the time. Me and my mom were homeless and were treated rudely. That chick made me feel very uncomfortable. Think she needs to work on her people skills because they are seriously lacking. We asked for two chicken quesadillas and they gave us nothing. We ordered cinnamon twist and they tasted horrible like chemicals and smelled rancid. Not satisfied.

I tried ordering on the taco bell app and it was having an error, so I walked in and placed the exact same order bit it was almost $4 more expensive. I asked to speak to a manager and a girl came out named Jackie stating she was the manager so I showed her the app and the price difference and asked if she could honor the price since the app was having issues. She stated that she could not and would not honor the price. That she had ZERO AUTHORITY to issue a credit. That only the AGENERAL MAMAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER could extend a credit or adjust anything. I have never heard of a manager not having any authority to adjust or apply a discount just to keep ur customers happy. Why even call her a manager if she can't or had no authority to resolve issues like this when they arise. I am very disappointed with the service. I can see why this taco bell has only 1.5 stars

The portions you receive for what you pay are not worth it, I ordered a burrito, and it was very small. At other Fast food the burritos is four times bigger than Taco

This place is horrible the Mexican pizza was dry and only the center part was covered with the cheese and sauce.... I want my money back they would not be allowed to hand out crap like this when your craving something made well. It's not a participation award to make this food, do it right.

We came here for breakfast, they had just open at 7 am. I went to the front desk to order, when a store employee greeted me and asked if I was ready to order. She then directed me to their kiosk, very impersonal. It took me longer to order through a kiosk then if I had just order at the front register or drive thru. All in all I won't be going back to this establishment due to their automation.
