Ordered my pizza online got there they opened late and then I gave him time to get in the store then I went 20 minutes later and they told me no we're not open I said hey I was supposed to pick up my pizzas literally 30 minutes ago here is my receipt here's my customer number and they said sorry ovens aren't working come back later or tomorrow and they said what's your name gave him my name and they said well we'll refund you your credit card and I want to take out and I I didn't and yes everything is a 0 star for me for everything

Waited 10+ mins. But the worst part of this location is that they do not offer the little packs of chili peppers. Instead they want you to pay 3$ for a small plastic thing of them. Legit the first little ceasers I’ve ever had that happen… must be a franchise and the owner must be cheap af. Shame on you little ceasers!! Also, no napkins either.“This location doesn’t offer that” was what I was told. Doubt I’ll be back to this location.

It was after 8 and I had tried to call in an order for pizza so I could pick up, I called 10+xs as I drove over.but it rang bz..when I got there I asked why I couldn't get thru. " Oh we turn off the phones when it gets late" .so I only had an old pepperoni pizza available..it was about 8:45 when I arrived.
