It was weird this time. It was like a ghost town! No one comes up to greet customers or take orders anymore, they want everyone to use the self serve kiosks. Then when the order is ready, they toss it into the pickup shelves, yell the name, and disappear. Very impersonal. I tried calling out "Thank you," but got no response. There was one very courteous employee who refilled my soda, otherwise the whole visit had no human contact whatsoever. Maybe I'm old, but I still expect a degree of customer service when I visit an eating establishment.
