Great breakfast!! The biscuit on this country Benedict was maybe one of the best I've ever had. It's SO big and good. AND they served this with three poached eggs rather than two. The biggest benedict portion I've ever had and super tasty!

Ordered two meals. Florentine Benedict (daughter gave me a bite, it was delicious). I had the steak and eggs with home fries and French toast. Ordered medium rare , and instead it was medium well. The 3 over medium eggs—only one actually had yolk—so they were over cooked. The home fries were on the bland side. The French toast was delicious—best part of the meal. I mentioned the issue with the steak and eggs to one of the employees when checking out to which they gave no response. I ate it because we had my newborn grandson in tow and since he woke up for feeding didn’t want to send the food back.

Customer service was ok...Food wasn't it at all....to each their own but definitely had extremely over cooked chicken strips. And might have been cooked in old dirty oil as well...after checking the receipt the price I was charged for certain items didn't match the price on the menus... maybe someone else will have a better experience...but here's a tip...don't prefer the grits and don't order the chicken and waffle...

Service here is incredible. Our server and everyone else who walked by were phenomenal. Poor service and people who don't care seem to be the norm anymore so good service is a huge bonus. I loved the enthusiasm of the specials and recs. I'm someone who has a hard time deciding what i want and love to ask my server what they recommend. I would say food is 4 stars but service is 5 so i rounded up. The biscuit and muffin came out first hot and served with butter. Fresh and delish. I wish the blueberry muffin had a few more blueberries but it was fresh and delish. The steak was overcooked but seasoned nicely and overall tasted good. Eggs were great. My omelette was ok- i forget what it was called since it was a special. I needed to add salt which i rarely do. It was very juicy. The home fries were pretty good but again needed some salt. Overall huge portions, tasty food and great service. Highly recommend and would come here again.

Today on my birthday as usual I go my favorite place. All I wanted was an omelette with no eggs.. the waiter told me he could Not accommodate me. I asked for a manager and Arturo said he didnt know who that was and that the owner was not there. Me family come here often on sundays and I was told that no one wanted to wait on me, because I did not want eggs in the omelette only veggies. I always order omelette without eggs. I regret all the money I have spent. I was here when you goes opened and to be treated this way, especially on my birthday and basically yold no one will serve m. I had to ask Arturo, wht the long wait, he didn't have the courtesy to return to tell me anything or to take my family of 4 order. Never ever again!!!

This part of the plaza has seen several restaurants but I think Franco's Flapjack's is here to stay. They have a pretty large menu of breakfast items and lunch entrees. I've tried a few different plates and think there's some inconsistency with the quality of the food. Their home style potatoes are usually crispy but this last time I visited my potatoes were burnt. The Benedict's are amazing though! Pro tip: ask for an extra poached egg since the Benedict's already come with 3 English muffins.

This has become our favorite breakfast spot. I almost don't want to recommend it because then people will realize how great it is and it will be harder to get a table. Even if we're lazy, their food travels really well. We have ordered on door dash and the quality was still great.
