Ordered by phone. Showed up and paid then sat there for 40 min watching people who ordered after me get their food and leave. After asking about my order for the 3rd time, the girl tells me they're about to START working on it. They forgot to put it in. Terrible customer service

I'm rather disappionted in this establishment. This was my first time ever ordering from this place and they couldn't even get my order correct. I literally ordered a Bean and cheese burrito. So how is it that I asked for refried beans but I got the whole ones and I wanted jack cheese and I got the complete opposite?. Like the fact that I ordered something so simple and it still wasn't made correctly? I ordered in advance. I didn't even get a text that it was ready to be picked up. When I got there the guy hands me the order and then takes off the receipt from my bag. The receipt on the bag should be mine. And he wasn't very friendly. This is just a really bad experience for a first time at a restaurant. And it's not even the fact that the service was so bad necessarily it's the fact that I asked for something really simple and that was wrong.

been eating lolitas since i went to BVHS. great food, good serving size, tasty salsa, you pay for it, but its high quality so, worth it. Atmosphere... its not a pub or a theme restaurant, so no frolls, but chill and friendly.

Just ordered here and after I ate more than half of my burrito I realized that there was long, blonde hair with it. Thats pretty disgusting.

I was going to order carne asada fries and the meat on the side and they couldn’t do. It’s a policy she said. What kind of a restaurant where you can’t request Lolita’s.

The fries on the carne asada fries were cooked twice they were hard to chew the other part of my order which was roll tacos took 15 minutes to come out. My beef taco was so cold and had a cup full of shredded lettuce also other people that got there afterwards & literally got their food first. A little salt on the chicken for the roll tacos goes along way.
