If you want a healthier choice than a lot of places, this is a fair option. The food and smoothies are a bit bland in my opinion. I do love what I call their "Thanksgiving sandwich" with turkey and cranberry. For me, it's a hit and miss. The cashiers have been friendly the 3-4 times I've been there. The place is cute and clean.

I went to this place with my mom and friends after our run at the park! The workers found out it was my mom's birthday so they surprised us and gave her a free muffin, decorated the plate with chocolate, and sang her happy birthday! The staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially Ale! Our food and drinks were prepared in a timely manner. This was my second time coming here and my friends and I always enjoy the food and drinks. My favorite smoothie so far is the energy boost with extra protein! The place itself was very clean and able to accommodate all 6 of us! The workers were more than willing to move the tables to ensure that we all sat together. Overall, the staff were amazing, the food was great, and the space was clean!

Okay, I had been in a couple of years. The avocado toast was a hit and did not lose anything. The servers were on point and professional. I will order again in the future. FYI the price had gone up just like everything else in today's economy.

We love this place, but we recently ordered a salmon bowl and it fell a little short. The bowl was fresh and tastes amazing, but the portion of the salmon was not. The salmon was approximately 2 ounces (weighed on scale), that's not even a serving and was very thin (not sure if it was to make it look bigger). The bowl was a nice size in general, but mostly rice with a little fresh veggies and mango on top. The combination tastes great, but it needs less rice (maybe add more veggies) and more protein to be balanced.

Cilantro lime salad with chicken was delicious! The flavors were definitely on point! I also had the spice-c juice, which was amazing as well! The presentation on the salad was also beautiful , it's always plus when the food looks great and tastes great!
