Honestly didn’t care for the food that much but the woman who rung us up (who I think was the manager) was super nice and when she found out it was my first time at a Jack in the Box she threw in some extra sauces.

I tried to order $36 worth of food and they overcharged me by $18. When I tried to explain the mistake they were rude and dismissive. I had to argue with them for 5min in the drive through before they finally charged me the right amount. No apology of course.

Clean, bright and odor free lobby but a bit on the smaller side. No outdoor seating. Restrooms requires code. Self-service Coke branded fountain drinks and napkins. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Mobil orders was quick. Drive through available. Ample parking that is adjacent to plazza parking lot that can accommodate RVs and small trucks.

We don't eat fast food very often. It's overpriced crap food, but we needed something quick tonight. I wish I was able to give 0 stars. I accidentally placed my mobile order at this dark and dreary jack in the box instead of the one in Fallbrook, which was my fault. What I didn't expect was to get cold crappy food upon arrival. It took me @10 minutes to get there from Fallbrook, so I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but it was. Upon pulling up to the window, I asked the woman in a red shirt who was handing me our order if our fries were hot. She seemed super annoyed that I would even be asking her such an absurd question, but hey, isn't this your job? You do work here right? And if they are wearing a red shirt, doesn't that make you the manager? Shouldn't you care about the quality of food you are serving your paying customers? She gave me some half a$$ response like, yea, of course and practically rolled her eyes at me and was trying to hand me the bag that had been sitting in the counter. So I asked her to please check and see that they are indeed hot, which just further aggravated her. Her checking, was opening up the bag and possible looking at them, I don't really know. I couldn't see what she was doing inside the bag. What I know is what she didn't do, which was give us hot fresh fries. Once we got the bag in the car, my son opened it up to start eating immediately because he was starving and sure enough, the fries were limp and cold. Disgusting! I wouldn't have been so pissed if I had made such a point of asking if they were hot! I had even asked again, as she was handing me the bag, "You're sure that the fries are hot?" after she went and did her little halfa$$ check and she told me yes! So she lied to my face and turned around and gave us some crappy, expensive, cold fast food that I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way for! Shame on her! And you're supposed to be a manager? You should be fired for sucking so horribly at your job. I know it's just fast food, but it's my hard earned money paying for that crappy fast food and I would expect it to be hot. When you order food, you expect it to be hot and fresh. McDonald's waits until you pull up to the window to start making your mobile order. As they should! Maybe Jack in the Crack needs to some lessons from them and learn how to not suck at what you do! Worst customer service ever and from a manager! Shame! Shame! Shame on you lady! I will also be contacting corporate because this is just pathetic. Lying to my face is just absolutely unacceptable!

If I could give it less stars I would. I went there Tuesday night at 11 pm and there was 1 car in front of me. It was a female and the boy working the window was too busy flirting with her to bother with food. I was in line for 10 minutes before I just backed up and left. I will never go back. Zero stars and please fire the boy with dark hair who was working the window on Tuesday.

Really bad service my dad order 4 tacos and 3 chicken sandwich and we only got 4 tacos and then we told them that me only 4 tacos and the guy was saying that he put everything in it then we want it said and they said o sorry we forgot to put the chicken sandwiches in the bag and they sad sorry really bad

I LOVE this Jack! I always order french fries for breakfast and they always come out super hot and delicious! Every member of the staff is also so very friendly early in the mornings!

Literally every time I go to this Jack in The Box they get something wrong, are rude, try to ask for my card pin in two occasions and the customer service is below average. I would recommend going to the Jack in the Box in Fallbrook.

I got the baconatonator, and there was no bacon on the sandwich like it was advertised, and when I asked the addendent about this, she told me that the bacon was melted into the sandwich. This is false advertizing.
