One of the cleanest restaurants I have ever seen. Was not expecting to have some of the best sushi I've had without leaving the US. Staff is unbelievably nice and prices are reasonable. An absolute must visit in Boulder Creek.

I appreciate Tae's Edo Sushi bar. It is a local joint and the food is amazing. Seating is comfortable. Four tops rule. They'll move tables for larger parties. The menu is loaded with excellent choices. Sure to please the palate. The place is small but homey. You'll enjoy yourself.

Showed up at 7:00pm, lady said they were closed despite sign on the door open until 8:00. Supposedly sole sushi master was too backed up with only 30% occupancy. Hostess was curt and did not offer much of an explanation. Tao is all but absent these days and staff is struggling to provide much in the way of a service worth showing up for. Too bad.
